Ousted Massachusetts Delegates Need to Become Plaintiffs in Lawyers for Ron Paul Federal Lawsuit PRONTOSubmitted by LadyHawk on Sun, 06/24/2012 - 15:39
Richard Gilbert, who heads the "Lawyers for Ron Paul" lawsuit which was brought to Federal Court, believes the judge will re-instate the ousted Massachusetts Delegates if they become Plaintiffs in the case.
The lawsuit has two major components.
1. To enforce the law that no voter can be compelled, coerced or intimidated to vote anything but his conscience on a national basis (this would include binding delegates to any national convention, such as the August RNC convention.)
2. To deal state by state to seek remedies where fraud, irregularities, or coercion took place in the voter registration, caucus, primary, or convention process where voters and delegates civil right to vote their conscience and have it fairly and legitimately counted was infringed.
