for at large was 9/10 and I am not sure who that 1 is but that one could be 10. This is the reason for the shinanigans!1. What was the major vote for? At Large Alt del. 2 they needed to fill their at large Alt.Del. with rommney people to replace the At Lg. Del. which they will now try and disqualify! If they had let the vote go and the Paul Del. filled those spots (which they would have as they already proved they had the majority to do) they would not have an option. This is Election Fraud.

So we narrowly lost Oregon.

This was our last hope to get five states, outside of a successful legal challenge by the LFRP.

We have been effectively shut out, now, of any opportunity to nominate Ron Paul at Tampa, and "OUR" CAMPAIGN is largely responsible!

Romney: 10
Santorum: 3
Gingrich: 1
(Unclear: 1)

I understand the "unclear" delegate to be a House candidate that was on both the Romney slate and the Paul slate, so we do not know who he will vote for (he seems strong on our issues, so he should be reliable on Platform votes). In any case, we only need 2 non-Romney delegates to swing our way to have a certain plurality, and we will have a plurality anyway as long as the Santorum and Gingrich delegates do anything but express support for Romney. (This analysis assumes that our delegates actually show up in Tampa.)

I understand that the reason that there are 4 Santorum/Gingrich delegates is because we included them on a joint At Large slate. There is reason to hope, therefore, that at least some of those 4 will either side with us in Tampa, or remain neutral.

As far as qualifying under the "five state plurality" rule is concerned, the bigger picture is that we certainly have 3 states (Maine, Minnesota, and Iowa) and most likely have a fourth (Louisiana). Since the Oregon delegates are majority-Romney "bound" just as the Nevada delegates are, Oregon is unlikely to be necessary in any event, because Nevada will be state #5 if binding does not apply to the "five state plurality" process.

the reason we have 1 of 3 is both our slate and the Romney slate had one name in common: Art Robinson he is the gop candidate for US house in this district and supposedly RP endorsed. we are not sure how he will vote in Tampa so we are erring on the side of Romney. we did get one person on our slate in and Romney got one as well so that is how we arrived at 1/3

Oregon Congressional District 4, Sat 23 Jun 2012, Approx 5:45 PM, Roseburg, OR. After the Ron Paul slate of “at large” delegates were elected in, Oregon Republican Party leadership shut down district conventions 1,2,3,and 5 before alternate delegates were elected.

This would have allowed the Oregon Republican Executive Committee to select any alternate delegates that would be required. Just prior to this video, the convention is told that that district official with the ballots had already left with the ballots and therefore further voting could not take place. This person was stopped in the parking lot by Ron Paul supporters and official returned the ballots to the convention.

In this video CD4 leadership tries to adjourn the meeting and the motion is defeated so that a vote can take place. A recording for most of the OR CD4 2012 convention can be found at http://www.ustream.tv/channel/erikbays

We did, thanks to those who support Dr. Paul AND quite a few of the fair-minded old guard as it took a 2/3 majority vote to extend the convention.

they tried but failed to shut down CD4. Chairman Avery kept it going when 2/3 vote to adjourn failed (resoundingly), and he also insisted that the ballots be brought back. Old guard in CD4 was mostly on our side (on the side of the rules, not the establishment). New Guard made very sure Old Guard knew they were on video all day.

Don't forget, a fiction film is to be released this Thursday, 15 minutes that needs to go viral with our help. Maybe this is how we can educate and get Americans behind Ron Paul in November and also reach out to all the delegates going to Tampa.
