WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court on Tuesday upheld a finding by the Environmental Protection Agency that heat-trapping gases from industry and vehicles endanger public health, dealing a decisive blow to companies and states that had sued to block agency rules.
A three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia declared that the agency was “unambiguously correct” that the Clean Air Act requires the federal government to impose limits once it has determined that emissions are causing harm.

I wonder if these three judges own stock which will benefit due to this ruling? Oh, that might be a conspiracy theory; please don't tell Austin Petersen.
I wonder if any of the evidence the E.P.A. provided, which confirmed their hypotheses, was of the sort which the buyer gets the results he/she pays for? I suppose that is a conspiracy theory as well; because we all know that 'Science' cannot be corrupted or fabricated to mislead people.
I wonder if NASA's data, was shown to the judges, which shows that the entire Solar System is heating up? I guess the inhabitants of those planets, planetoids, and moons are using up too much fossil fuels as well.
