How is it we are paying the Russians for EU for energy

purposes, but the government won't allow us to build reactors for energy! Maybe I'm just reading it wrong. We're paying them to extract the HEU and send it here where we turn it into LEU for energy purposes. Are we then just selling it again to other countries for THEIR energy? Sounds like another scam.

The way I'm reading it, you've got it backwards.

The EO protects Russian Federation assets from "...attachment, garnishment, or other judicial process."
