When will you stand your ground? Will you wait until it is too late?

Every American stands by as their rights are trampled.
If every American was willing to challenge the laws that they disagree with, the court system would be flooded with lawsuits and complaints.
I believe we are too quick to assume that somebody else is already doing it, but the fact of the matter is nobody is.

Great find

Thanks for sharing.

It is never too late to stand

It is never too late to stand one's ground and fight the crazies, the scorched earth libertarians, the gold bugs, and the robber barons of the world.

We will prevail, Obamshallah.

The problem is that the laws

and our judicial system are so convoluted and slanted toward the necessity for lawyers and the expense is so high that it is almost impossible for your average person to afford it.

The fall back position of using our corrupt judicial system to fix our corrupt government doesn't seem to work in my book. And I think it is designed that way for the very purpose that it is serving.

We could do a class action suit but that is no guarantee of meaningful success. It's like the class action suit against the makers of faulty plumbing in older mobile homes. I spent a few hundred dollars fixing the plumbing myself and then to my surprise a little while later I found that there was a class action suit against them for that very purpose so I said what the heck and signed up. In the end I got $2.50 and the lawyers got rich. Needless to say I don't have faith in our judicial system.

But one thing seems clear to me when talking to most people. They will allow all there rights to fall by the wayside until they come for their guns at which time they think they will fight but in actuality it will be to late by then.

Its never to late

The one truth I know none of use will make it out of this life alive anyway. So Enlightened disengagnent means you need not stand your ground. Standing your ground against a superior enemy will get you to the end of your life early and is a bad tactic. In fact I would reverse it and say when will you learn to not stand your ground and start disengagement?

Love it

Too bad my teachers never taught with such passion or enlightenment. The general population is asleep, letting others make decisions for them. So sad.

Most teachers are either depressed or alcoholics.

Already IS too late!

Hate to break it to you, but we lost our constitutional republic with Lincoln which is when we lost our freedom essentially.

With the passage of the 16th amendment, we lost the right of our fruit of our labor and our freedom literally.

With the passage of the Civil Rights Act, we lost the right of private property already held and lost our freedom for good.

With Obamacare being upheld with the idea of a direct tax based on NOT buying something, we lost our freedom to try to sit the whole thing out.

Let's just admit it...we are slaves to the almighty master, the federal government.

Gandhi dilemma, violence or cowardice?

Examine your options regarding resistance and compliance and their consequences. Which is more likely to ensure your long term survival?
Then ask yourself, which form of resistance requires more courage, that which disavows violence or that which embraces it? Usually, that which disavows violence requires more courage. However, if disavowing violence results in compliance with something that violates your core values, then you must be prepared to commit violence rather than comply. Otherwise, you haven't chosen courage, you have surrendered to cowardice.

Perhaps the day will come when

millions march on Washington in non-violent revolution to end the corrupt government and the greedy corrupt FED and other Central Banks that have destroyed the economy, the constitution, and continue to strip Americans of their civil rights and property, while turning this into a fascist run USA, and in fact a fascist run planet.

This day will come, when Americans and the people of the world have had enough.

Let the chips fall where they may.

Nor will I

comply with tyranny.

With Each New Oppression ...

... the choice is to shrug it off as something to get use to;
Or, to shrug deliberately.

Yes, it is easy to simply adjust to each new condition - naked body radiation scanners, feel ups to travel, stop and interrogate check points, national ID/papers please, fusion centers and suspect lists of groups that do not conform to status quo political agenda, national "healthcare" tax/penalty, licensing this and licensing that, raw milk prohibition, regulatory prohibition of natural or home grown foods, herbal supplement regulatory control/prohibition, all substance prohibition, gun control, Fast and Furious, NDAA, Patriot Act, renditions, water torture, indefinite detentions, etc. The battle is in standing up to every little increment of opression.

The most difficult struggle of all is the one within ourselves. Let us not get accustomed and adjusted to these conditions. The one who adjusts ceases to discriminate between good and evil. He becomes a slave in body and soul. Whatever may happen to you, remember always: Don’t adjust! Revolt against the reality! - Mordechai Anielewicz, 1943

Michael Badnarik's constitution class

and Aaron Russo's Freedom to Fascism are two of the best teaching tools out there. This particular clip says so much. Thank you for posting.

Awesome Michael Badnarik

Awesome Michael Badnarik quote from clip:

How bad do things have to get before you do something? Do they have to take away all your property? Do they have to license every activity that you want to engage in? Do they have to start throwing you on cattle cars before you say “now wait a minute, I don’t think this is a good idea.” How long is it going to be before you finally resist and say “No, I will not comply. Period!” Ask yourself now because sooner or later you are going to come to that line, and when they cross it, you’re going to say well now cross this line; ok now cross that line; ok now cross this line. Pretty soon you’re in a corner. Sooner or later you’ve got to stand your ground whether anybody else does or not. That is what liberty is all about.
