Solution is for Repub Gov to not implement obamacare.
Rand and other so-called libertarains are a lot of talk. Yet noone has solution. Now some governors are offering their solution - and that is just not to implement.
Judge Nap and others need to be out there telling people to tell their politicians not to impleemnt it - and that is the only way out of the mess obamaney created with socialized medicare.
Why are they silent? In fact, judge Nap has been disappointing even saying the few limited gov't people he interacts with are now giving romney a serious look and this obamacare could now drive libertarians to romney. How sick is Judge Nap? He looks co-opted.
romney agrees with the obamacare blueprint and is a fake. and yet, judge nap adn his buddies are saying htey could get into romney.
clearly, liberty movement has no spine in many people.

Does this mean that the
thousands of new IRS agents can't take ObamaCare money from Floridians?

Affordable Care Tax..huh..Act sorry!
NC probably won't implement it
because Pat Mcroy is in the lead and likely to win and hes saying he won't implement it as governor and hes a republican.
Louisiana, too!
I think I read somewhere that Bobby Jindal in Louisiana is refusing to implement as well. Anyone else heard about that?
UPDATE: Found it!

Governors, particulary republican Govs, need to be educated
Many do not even know about nullification. Please consider donating or at least sharing this link. Let's get those governors educated and motivated: http://nullificationproject.chipin.com/50-copies-of-tom-wood...
Lucky
I live in Minnesota, with an ObamaCare lover Governor. I wish we would opt out... Maybe in a couple of years the liberty movement will take over and get it done.
FYI
The way the healthcare law is written, it states that if a state refuses to set up an exchange, the federal government can do so in its place. Does anyone know if this part of the law was overturned by SCOTUS?
This is true, but...
While ObamaCare permits HHS to set up an exchange if a state fails to, the funding for a federally run exchange was not established. The bill also failed to allow for subsidies to be paid out via a federal exchange. If the majority of states refuse to set up an exchange, ObamaCare WILL collapse under its own weight.
Good to hear this.
FYI - Florida has "Florida Healthy Kids". A program set up so NO child is without coverage. They are either covered under this program or under medicaid. I know many people under this and they pay $10 to $15 a month for each child under the program. If a child is not covered, it is because the parent has not filed for it.
Well, not quite.
The Healthy Kids program is definitely income-based. If your family income is poverty level or below, you can get that small premium. Otherwise, it's about $150 per month per child.
Obama
is vindictive. Look what his admin did to Arpaio over the Posse, the State of Arizona for the illegal immigration issue, and to Texas when they tried to oust the TSA.
He'll sanction Florida somehow for this.

Not to mention his pursuit of individuals
such as Assange and Manning.
Florida refuses ObamaCare.
Of course they do. The only people who live in Florida are old people and their parents. They're all already on Medicaid. LOL :P

Higher costs for everyone,
Higher costs for everyone, more government control over your body, implanted RFID chips, bigger government, higher taxes, more dependence, less independence, more tyranny, less liberty....
And people think they're going to get, "FREE," healthcare....this is nuts.
Never be afraid to ask simple questions.
And 2 of its cities gone bankrupt already,
with a 3rd (Vallejo I think) teetering on the brink.
That's because
90% of the population are illegals and they don't have to pay for it.
Since when
do illegals have a voice?
