[This account is designated for outgoing messages only. Re: So what now?]
Citizen subject debtor slave they all mean the same thing and the title to that citizenship is exclusively owned by the United States. So if you're going to wear that title, according to the Supremacy Clause you cannot dispute the debts of the United States or any Treaties signed in pursuance thereof. Plus everything they do is under the authority of the Constitution itself; "To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers..." and since they make the laws everything they do is "necessary and proper" including the healthcare bill.
Now, that said, I'm no fan of the healthcare bill, but this is only a symptom of a much larger issue and that is executive powers. The President can sign an executive order into law. You cannot get any more dictatorial than that. Furthermore, there is absolutely no evidence what-so-ever that the Framers pledged life, fortune, and sacred honor to anything or anyone other than themselves and their Posterity. Which is why they wrote into the Constitution supreme authority and immunity for themselves.
So here is your dilemma... If you remain a citizen, you thereby remain subject to her laws and according to international treaty and the power vested in the Constitution itself, you cannot complain. To do so is not the exercise of "free speech" as that pertains those it was enumerated for and you nor any patriot can show me factual evidence that the Bill of Rights was ever enumerated for you, the citizen. Questioning the governments management style or protocols when you have no standing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, is "internal political questioning" which you cannot do after the fact. After the fact of what? The fact that you are a citizen. The fact that you have accepted the benefits and privilege of being a citizen. Which is by default at war with the United States, the Reserve Bankers, and the International Creditors for not paying its debts. The civil war never ended because you cannot end a war by any means other than a treaty of peace. Congress was adjourned and never officially brought back. Which is why you have executive orders in the first place. This is Lieber Code, this is war powers act, because you are at war. The health care bill is another form of warfare of the most clandestine order, specifically it is retaliation for your own dishonor is remaining in collusion with the United States as one of its citizens. Didn't you know that the Boston Tea Party was a false flag operation lead by businessmen? Ask yourself why Indians would throw tea in the harbor? And then ask yourself why company men would dress up as Indians to carry out this act of terror and vandalism? And then ask yourself what that's got to do with you? Because so far all the hard evidence is starting to point at this being the reason why this tactic is still used on the US to this day... Do we not live in a limited liability system? No one want to take any personal responsibility so we hire police to settle our disputes for us. No one wants to take personal responsibility so we hire politicians to represent us as what? Irresponsible debtors. And why are we deemed irresponsible debtors? Our own failure to present ourselves. This fear of failure is manifested in irresponsibility in delegating those personal responsibilities for the sake of expediency and convenience. And what is it everyone who thinks a politician can save them afraid of? Not being anonymous anymore. Not being E Pluribus Unum. Being autonomous and self governing. Because if you were autonomous and self governing, that would be real work and perhaps a lot of your identity is wrapped up in this Campaign for Liberty concept. But what would you do without it? What are you doing right now as you read this? Is the reaction of someone who is a slave and relates to his abuser, addicted to his own vices, lacking the competence to present himself to the universe at large with clean hands, or the autonomous thinker who honors his own agreements, an unsullied self governor, competent to settle his own disputes without a 3rd party intermediary. Not needing a representative in anyway legally, politically, or socially.
Believe me when I say that I use to believe as you do. How else do you think I got on the mailing list?
The C4Ls motto is "reclaim the republic restore the constitution". Well, being that you cannot "reclaim" that which you never had a claim on to begin with, nor can you "restore" that which never was. "We", have another motto. "Who in their RIGHT-MIND would remain subject to a system of abuse and torture?"; "Who would NOT be competent to administer their own affairs?" Only the unsane. Only the incompetent. And if that's you like it is +300 million Americans, you can only ever be represented as one thing, and that is a slave.
So now that Uncle Sam's got his boot in your rearend what are you gonna do? Because if you remain a citizen, you remain subject to all her laws and tribunals and you cannot complain. That's what your vote really means, you cannot complain about how they manage the debt and manage their copy-written law they're going to use to manage that debt.
So what now you ask?
The only solution and I do mean only solution for getting out from under the yoke of tyranny. Is Self Determination. The exercise of Self Determination is immunity from outside tyrannical government when you pledge to and establish a new government whereby you can no longer share the same duty to the US. Which, you can't do if you still believe in a political solution.
Don't campaign for liberty. Contract for it.
