ObamaBorg: "You WILL be chipped, resistance is futile."
Submitted by dalesvp on Mon, 07/02/2012 - 07:37"This new law (ObamaCare) requires an RFID chip implanted in all of us. This chip will not only contain your personal information with tracking capability but it will also be linked to your bank account. And get this, Page 1004 of the new law (dictating the timing of this chip), reads, and I quote: "Not later than 36 months after the date of the enactment". It is now the law of the land that by March 23rd 2013 we will all be required to have an RFID chip underneath our skin and this chip will be link to our bank accounts as well as have our personal records and tracking capability built into it."

Not Sure This Ic Correct
HR 3200, which did have the RFID piece in it, was NOT enacted and failed to receive the required votes in Congress in 2009. HR 4872 was enacted this year and is 2300 pages long (Happy Summer reading). It has a much watered down version of the RFID piece in it and it covers "Class II devices" (like pacemakers) and it is not specifically requiring the RFID.
People on food stamps and welfare might have reason to be concerned some day.

I don't eat potato or tortilla chips. There will be no electronic device in me unless they are tracking bodies to be cremated.
HR2300 did not pass
HR2300 was introduced July 14, 2009 but died in commitee. Although this is something that I am sure will try to be passed again, it is not at this time signed into law. We do our cause no good when we spread rumors and don't look up our facts first. Better to check facts first before speaking.
I read the entire thing again
I read the entire thing again last week and saw nothing like this in it. I was looking for where it showed all the agencies that our records will be available to. There are not only a BUNCH, but the last line says something like -and any other agencies they deem appropriate. Like 9 named agencies will have access to our medical records, but try to get information about a relative and you are stonewalled. LOL
I have no doubt
that they will continue to try to get this "chipping" provision into some law that passes, until they get it thru.
It's part of their plan.
It really doesn't matter to me, because I will not submit, no matter who thinks they can put some chip in me.
I'll just add that to the list of things that I'm not complying with.
Re: I have no doubt
I'm pretty sure that for in order for this whole thing to work, submittal MUST absolutely be a free act of the will. Otherwise they would have rebels with chips and that destroys part of they're purpose i.e. to get rid of those in opposition.....
Will they brib people to get chipped, hele yes if you wanna eat, etc....
Since these people are all about dominating others, the whole thing boils down to COMPLIANCE and compliance in this aspect means that those who've accepted the chip have joined up with the ___________
Remember the ole "Manditorial-Voluntary" thing? And Bush'es "you are either with us or against us".....

the fact that someone tried
the fact that someone tried to pass legislation requiring chip implementation is almost as scary as the "debunked" story
debunked

Is this freakin true
or not? Don't want to start passing it around until I know it is actually going to happen. If it is true it should be brought to light. I think it would be part of the bill that they could not vote to keep in. That part could be repealed if it is true.
Just to think that in any of the bills that was being considered. If this was in them and they are thinking of implementing it before. It will return if it was not in the bill that passed. It is disgusting!

this is false - HR3200 did not pass
article falsely states: "2010: HR3200 was passed by the House and signed into law by the president"
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/111/hr3200 "This bill was introduced on July 31, 2009, in a previous session of Congress, but was not enacted.

True but there's more....
The proposed America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 (or HR 3200)[1] was an unsuccessful bill introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives on July 14, 2009. The bill was introduced during the first session of the 111th Congress as part of an effort of the Democratic Party leadership to enact health care reform. The bill was not approved by the House, but was superseded by a similar bill, the proposed Affordable Health Care for America Act (HR 3962), which was passed by the House in November 2009, by a margin of 220-215 votes. From what I've read, the RFID language is not included
in the bill that passed. Are you saying it is? I'd love to see it, I told someone about the HR3200 language before I realized it was not part of the final bill. If it IS in the final bill, we want to know!!!

Makes you wonder
how fast you are going to be able to leave the country.
I will say that the case presented here, while compelling, doesn't convince me that all citizens will be chipped. They MIGHT get chipped, but the case, as written here, has a few holes.
What about those who choose to pay the penalty tax instead of getting health insurance?
We need to sue on this

Pitchforks and Torches
Any government that seeks to chip the population needs to be abolished, not sued for redress. "...whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness." I think chipping would indicate we are deep in the territory of evils that are insufferable. The good Dr. has already said, on the House floor, "The Founders would be ashamed at what we are putting up with."

From what they say the refernece to chip implants was
from HR 3200 which was never passed. It would appear HR4872 does not contain a chip requirement. I think this fascist regime would like to chip everyone on the planet for more control and easy extermination, like something out of a dark futuristic movie. They have the drones now that target American citizens and everyone in the world; the president can decide who to assassinate by executive order.
