At NO point does it say that your parents have to be born in the US for you to be. You are stupidly confusing an either/or with an AND.

To be a natural born citizen, you have not be born in the US...OR if you are born on foreign soil, your parents both have to be citizens. (So if your parents are vacationing in Canada and your mom goes into labor, you would still be qualified to be the president.

It is not both. It is EITHER. Mitt Romney was born in the US. He qualifies under the first part.

So we will have a choice between
