Good to see these people are...
...starting to wake up. Hope God puts a Paul supporter in each one of their lives!
These are the people
we should be targeting :-) They true anti-war.
"If this mischievous financial policy [greenbacks], which has its origin in North America, should become endurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish its own money without cost. It will pay off its debts and be without debts. It will hav
To ask them: What candidate will being the troops home?
What candidate will end the drones flying over our own skies and elsewhere?
A golden opportunity missed.
Obama is a War Criminal
The only surprising thing is that there are not 1 million people out in the streets like there was when Lyndon Johnson brought us the Vietnam fiasco.
We see just 5 protesters, and that's it?
That is the biggest indication of just how lost and hopeless this Country really is. There is no protest movement today. And people defended the insanity of Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld for 6 whole years (before finally beginning to question it, way too late). They even villified Micheal Moore for exposing the big lies only 2 years earlier (Fahrenheit 911). And Obama has sought to legitimize those policies (of mass murder, repression, secrecy, torture, etc.), and made them permanent standard operating procedure.
But most of the Country just doesn't care, and there is no hope.
We can't even get votes counted correctly in this Country. How many States did Ron Paul win? Nobody really knows. What will be different in 2016 or 2020? Nothing.
The International Corporations own everything.
Before long the Drones will be flying right over our heads too.
Those protesters
I would venture to say that most of those interviewed actually were protesters during the Vietnam war, as well.
The interviewer should have asked them to chant a round of Hey, Hey, LBJ, How many kids did you kill today? Just for old times sake, of course!
It shouldn't be suprising.
It's easy to see the dems are not anti-war. They only use the issue politically.
Undo what Wilson did
The people are...but the Party is not.
The actual people really want the Wars to end. The grassroots has always been against the Wars. That's why Howard Dean shot up to 1st in the polls back in 2003 (before he blew it).
But the Democratic Party Establishment is not. They are Neocons too. Obama governs like a Republican. That's what the Democratic Party is today: pro-Empire, pro-NAFTA, pro-secrecy, pro-Police-State, etc.
They're both now the same.
It will be interesting to see if there are
meaningful protests at the DNC. Will it be a replay of last time, or will all protesters be entirely suppressed before they get anywhere near?
Very good a realistic post!
