Wonder how much it cost these individuals to defend themselves?

I would dare say plenty, so far as the law was construed, mission accomplished. Dont forget that the individuals names have been drug through the mud locally, and to get a job if they were or are looking has been diminished considerably while the officers continue this tactic.

Always remember:

I just love that all the towns around here

have one or two unmarked vehicles in their fleet. Most of them are dodge chargers with black tinted windows. The only thing that gives them away is the search light on the drivers side door. Other than that you wouldn't know who the heck it was. Police used to have on their vehicles Serve and Protect. The only one I seen at the parade today with that saying was the county sheriffs vehicles. All the rest of the towns have removed that saying. They all want to look like bad-asses. They forget they work for us and not the government.

It's time! Rand Paul 2016!

Indeed, as soon as I see a red/black charger I know that its 50% likely to be a cop. They dont have the lights on the side around here though. Most of the cops around here dont care as long you arnt going more than 5-10 over.

To climb the mountain, you must believe you can.

none of this matters if the courts in America aren't powerful enough to stop the police from this unconstitutional illegal practice, and clearly they're not. Cops have a saying, "You can beat the rap (because we know you didn't do anything illegal) but you can't beat the ride (because we don't have any consequences for illegally arresting you)." As long as Americans can't "beat the ride" then we will always have the problem.

I can not begin.....

To tell you how happy this makes me!
We get so little good new like this in NY!
Awww... Bloomberg is not happy
But I Am :) !
