Well, I noticed that part of text refers to wireless communications. I'd highly recommend that the Pauls work to replace IBOC (digital radio on MW) with DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale). Then, we, the people, will have the best digital MW/SW/FM technology currently in existence. As it currently stands, we only have DRM on SW. Also, I'd like to see the Pauls address the issue of licensing and allowing markets to determine if certain HF bands (SW or long distance) might be usable for transmission withOUT a license (FHSS?).
