Volkswagen Levitating Car

This really is revolutionary and modifies all the concepts that we've had for years for which a vehicle is driven by a motor which always rolled. This car has no wheels--IT'S IN THE AIR!
We know it will take some years to become popular, but the prototype works perfectly. VW-China- will produce hundreds of thousands just to supply the Chinese market....
There are plans to introduce in the United States and Europe in 2013 and in South America later.

This was sent to me by an engineer working on the Evacuated Tube Transport project, so I seriously doubt it is a hoax, even though Snopes says it is strictly a "concept vehicle" and no actual working prototype has been built.

I just heard back from the engineer. Yes, the video is CGI, but the computer models work just great and Evacuated Tube Transport is looking into licensing with Volkswagen.
