no they don't need regulation.. they need consumer vigilance

otherwise you might as well die, if you can't even learn how to judge by yourself. that's like not learning how to walk by the age of 8. love some women's 'oooh what if!' arguments. well what if, too bad. let's face it humans learn and pick their genes. that's how we survive over hundreds of thousands of years, not by constantly wasting resources on juvenile minds.

Without watching it yet, of course it needs regulations, but not how to run. They need regulations against fraud and injury as well as protection of contracts. If it is a laws that a business cannot commit fraud, must abide contracts with consumers, and cannot injury any consumers what else is needed? Just need to have these basic laws enforced and stop telling businesses how to run.
