Stand Up Massachusetts 17! Join the Civil Rights Lawsuit before it's too late for all of us.Submitted by jpalmisano on Wed, 07/11/2012 - 22:33
Jim Palmisano says: (As Posted on the Massachusetts Liberty Caucus website which will probably be deleted)
I have been involved supporting Ron Paul since 2007. They tried to remove me as a delegate at our Missouri 7th District Convention in 2008 and the Establishment folks tried the same chicanery with me wanting to force me to sign a bogus Affidavit to support McCain. I voiced verbally in front of the entire District Convention what they tried to do and they backpedaled immediately and dropped the charges.
If you think for one minute that the Massachusetts GOP is going to reverse what they’ve already done to you you’re fooling yourself and letting down the ENTIRE country. What these people have done to you is CRIMINAL!
That is the reason they don’t want you to join the Lawsuit because they are liable to go to jail. Read the actual law below:
18 USC § 594 – INTIMIDATION OF VOTERS
“Whoever intimidates, threatens, coerces, or attempts to intimidate, threaten, or coerce, any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, at any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing such candidate, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”
They have already broken the Supreme Law of the Land, violated your God given rights, and they know it. If you don’t stand up and defend your rights…and ours and the rest of your Countrymen…especially right now…then you have NO rights. You are giving them up voluntarily by not standing up as an American and defending yourselves.
If you allow this to happen without joining this Civil Rights Lawsuit then I have one message for you from one of our founders Samuel Adams:
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”
