Judge Andrew Napolitano Praises Gary Johnson

The following is from a transcript of of an audio recording of Judge Andrew Naplitano's presentation at Freedom Fest in Las Vegas on Thursday (12 July 2012) afternoon. His presentation was entitled “A Government of Waste and Lawlessness.” Here are the comments he made regarding Libertarian Presidential nominee Gary Johnson:

34:30: “I’m going to really go off script for a minute. . . .

There’s really no script; there’s just a note telling me I’m talking too long.

(Laughter.)

There is a person in this room, who I must invite to the attention of everyone, because he has the courage to stand in front of the establishment and say, “Enough is enough!”

Whether he wins or loses in his latest quest to set you free, he is a figure of historical significance and profound contemporary interest. He was once called, “Governor No!” when he said to the legislature of his state, “You are not going to interfere with commercial transactions that are voluntarily entered into.”

Maybe . . . who knows . . . after this campaign, or the next one, he might be in 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Former New Mexico Governor, whose sandal straps I am unworthy to fasten, who will speak here tomorrow (sic) at 10:30, Governor Gary Johnson.

(Gary stands, applause.)

That’s what we should be doing. Challenging the establishment, reminding them that there is a Constitution and a Declaration of Independence that put restrictions on the government.”

(Governor Johnson is speaking tomorrow — Saturday July 14th 2012, at 10:30 am — two days after Judge Napolitano’s remarks above.)

This is great news. Now former Governor Jesse Ventura and Judge Andrew Napolitano have commented favorable on Gary Johnson's campaign for President. The website is www.garyjohnson2012.com There is a moneybomb going on through Monday, 16 July to raise funds to buy advertising to help get Gary up to 15% in the national polls so he will be able to take part in the Presidential candidate debates. Your kind support will be much appreciated. Live free.

Brother in Liberty

Thank you.

I spend several hours in a forest today asking myself many questions about the future.

No matter what happens in Nebraska I will go on doing all I can to help get Gary Johnson into the televised debates.
First one takes place on Oct. 3rd so we have time.

Zogby said couple of weeks ago quote: Gary Johnson could be the Ross Perot.

The way I see it is, you

The way I see it is, you can't blame RP for standing down, so to speak; he posed such a legitimate threat of dismantling the establishment, it's therefore possible that he had threats of harm made toward him or his family. GJ on the other hand does not scare them at all.

Thanks Mike

Glad you had the balls to say it.

After what the RP campaign let happen to his supporters we must now think about who we will cast our vote for. It cannot be Romney.

I'm sorry but what RP's campaign has allowed to happen to the supporters in this election is disgusting.

Thank You So Much

For your astute observation and support, Michael. I think it is worth two million. I really appreciate your comment.

Thank you beautiful soul

I'm sure it was not an 'accident' that you started this website.

I agree with Michael

if RP is not on the ballot .... someone has to represent ... it would be wonderful to have Johnson in the debates. But not only to wake up folks, but to have someone to vote for that is siding with and upholding personal liberty and not globalism.

thank you

Thank you Michael for posting! Maybe people will stop trying to divide us now that they know where you stand!

I would be part of that 15%

I would be part of that 15% if they ever polled me.... No doubt Gary will be robbed of his place by faulty polls. They don't even include his name most of the time. SCAM CITY

The Liberty Movement's

Next logical choice if Ron doesn't get the nomination, is Gary Johnson. I'm sick and tired of people trying to split us all. We ALL love Ron Paul, but a backup plan is needed since Ron Paul is not running independent.

Now let's all see what happens in Tampa; based on what goes down there, I pray that everyone becomes united behind one person. We can not win anything, unless we are united.

wow..

And they already start downvoting my comment?

A DOWNVOTE TO THIS TOPIC, is a DOWNVOTE to the Honorable Judge Napolitano!

No. Misrepresenting Judge Napolitano is what is being

down voted. The Judge is a Patriot and we don't take kindly to people skewing his words to suit their own agenda.

Don't worry I up voted it!

I'd give Gary a

I'd give Gary a shot...

Passively.

The only candidate who has ever inspired me to cast a vote that has less a chance of actually influencing the outcome of the election than the chance of me dying on the way to cast it is Ron Paul.

I'm not willing to risk dying in a car accident to vote for Gary Johnson.

Best Wishes on Keeping Alive and Healthy

so you can keep voting for all candidates in the future willing to speak out for peace, prosperity and liberty. Thanks for your interest.

God Bless you Judge Nap
