VIDEO - How To Refuse an ID Checkpoint

How To Refuse an ID Checkpoint: Infowars interviews a Pastor who gets fed up with multiple checkpoints. He appears to kind of get out of them by saying a lot of "no thanks" to their requests. Please comment below to keep it bumped, as well as rate. This is good stuff for us all to know. Thanks :)

if the cops don't have a law to charge you under they get confused and don't know what to do..obviousky they don't get questioned much... unfortunately some states have passed laws like.. "failing to comply with an officer's lawful orders" .. other circumstances might be an aggressibe cop charging you with disorderly conduct.. most likely getting dropped later but could still result in a night in jail. And of course our constitution is supreme. But to argue a law unconstitutional You will be charged, have to bail out then spend time and money to fight it(or make a public defender work for you-something they're not used to)... we all need to start fighting this nonsense though, even if it is a pain.

And in case anyone wants to know
.. when it comes to searching a car.. probable cause is the standard. but CONSENT makes it legal. so always say you don't consent but if they feel they have probable cause that will hold up in court they have the authority to search. If they were to find something illegal and you didnt consent , they would have to prove probable cause to use the evidence.

Just say no,

Liberty Flash- Mob?

What about having an actual Flash-Mob that has a purpose? Get a whole bunch of Liberty minded people to drive together in "caravans" and essentially schooling the checkpoint people on a road trips?

A hundred or so (even 20 cars together) filming the trip and filming their non-compliance would really get national attention.

Hell Yeah!

Down here in New Mexico a bunch of policemen got caught using checkpoints to run up their overtime. I like how the pastor said he was on his way to make an honest living. That had to sting!

The only rights or freedom we

The only rights or freedom we have is what we demand. Good job on his part for standing up to those thugs.

Big bump for inspiration

What a model citizen this guy is. Awesome.

I didn't really understand his pointing out to Christians that one world government can be found in the bible. Don't Christians want to believe that everything in the bible is true. Therefore they'd just go along with all sh*t going on? Or no?

Many Eschatologists believe that the Bible teaches the

coming of a one-world government at the end of the present age. This is derived from books in both testaments. This coming political structure will serve as the vehicle that allows the coming of the final world dictator known as the Antichrist. The Antichrist will lead the world into Armageddon and will set himself up to be worshipped as God. This all fits in with the "666" and "mark of the beast" scenarios that have become so popular, and so twisted, in modern pop culture.

So, no, Christians (myself included, just fyi)that believe this scenario would not like like it at all.

Quinquagenarians for Ron Paul! Who says that you can't teach old dogs new tricks?

But do you believe you have the ability to stop it?

Or do you believe it's destined no matter what?

That's the question that was being asked. If one believes that it's going to happen no matter what, then one would also believe there's nothing one can do to stop it; resulting in a sense of hopelessness or apathy.

egapele's picture

That's what you would call

having chimichongas made of steel.

Notice that at 8:26 into the video

the cop asks someone: "can you run this car real quick?".

Before they let him go they knew all they needed to about who he was, where he lived, his citizenship status, his criminal record or lack thereof and who knows what else. If he had an arrest record or a previous conviction, the result would have been quite different, Constitution not withstanding. 1984 has nothing on 2012.

Yea, all they have to do is

Yea, all they have to do is run the plates. However, that would only tell you about the owner; but in majority of cases the owner is the one who is driving the car.

Tell us how to drive through a check point refusing ID without a license plate.

To climb the mountain, you must believe you can.

A true hero

we need more like him.

Very inspiring.

yeah he eventually got man

yeah he eventually got man handled by the jackboots months later after his was made

No, these are new videos

And he was found not guilty of all previous charges and is now suing the government.

WoW ! .....

This is the same pastor that got tazed in 2009 for refusing to comply.

He is amazing. If everyone followed his example we would have a free country.

Yes - Same Guy

He got tazed and beaten for refusing to allow his car to be searched for drugs at an interior border patrol checkpoint. His mistake was in resisting -- you can refuse consent, but resisting is a good way to get a beatdown. He's certainly a brave man:

It wasn't a mistake to resist

He won in court and is now suing. He is doing the right thing and is having an influence in discrediting and showing that internal checkpoints are illegal, which may eventually lead to their removal.
