the media is NOT your friend!Get to Tampa and get Ron Paul nominated!

does that

vid have it's own thread on here?

It is bullshit headlines like

It is bullshit headlines like this that is why examiner is a fucking joke. It isn't as if ANYONE writing for that site has any knowledge, training or expertise, or will EVEN be considered a journalist. Most of them are fucking STUDENT...and no...students don't know what they are talking about.

You are afraid of something. Are you scared?

You have been posting caca on every thread tonight. Seems like you are scared.

Pergala...member for one day..

Appears to be someone that was kicked off & reappeared as another...continuing the garbage that was spewed out before.

I think Ben Swann knows what he's talking about

and he made it clear that Ron Paul achieved the plurality requirements of the RNC. That is something truly worth celebrating!

The delegates can nominate anyone from the floor.

The power has always been in the delegates hands. They can nominate Donald Trump if they want to. LOL! The only thing this news does is maybe get him a speaking spot. Ron Paul said on Cavuto the other day that the RNC is open to him speaking, but it is Romney holding him back. Once the Romney camp sees how many people are in Tampa for Ron Paul, he may change his mind, or it will scare him more into refusing Dr. Paul a speaking spot. Everyone knows deep in their hearts Romney will lose the election and people may try to sway Romney into letting him speak. Romney is a politician and he sees every warm body as a vote.

Hang on-- he has plurality in 6 states

And that is only the six states that did not disenfranchise all of their delegates. I don't see how the RNC or these state's GOP can be allowed to not nominate Ron Paul.

Of course, Mitt has the cash, and the RNC seems to always be short on cash (yeah, right)/ On top of that, Mitt is set-up to be the fall-guy so Obama gets his way. The RNC has to be playing footsie with Obama, as much as they do protest- of course.

We had SOME proof, but RNC does not care about Rules n Laws- they just break and then change 'em to suit whomever (not PAUL).

But, listen to Ben Swann:

Maybe too much reason for most in our political arena to fathom.

We had SOME proof, but RNC does not care about Rules n Laws- they just break and then change 'em to suit whomever (not PAUL).

Well I was happy. Now from

Well I was happy. Now from reading all these stupid comments I don't know what to feel anymore.

yay for Ron Paul wooo go freedom.

End the Fed. End the Wars. Problems Solved. Ron Paul.

Be happy

It is still good news that the party clarified that binding does not matter for Rule 40. But RP being placed into nomination is far from a done deal. Some of us are just trying to get folks to take a breath, listen to what was actually said, and look at the big picture. Otherwise, a lot of people are at risk for a big letdown, because they didn't know where we really stood.

Making this thing be a done deal will have to be approached in a way that the party leaders won't be in a position to stop it.

I Guess

We are back to having Obama for 4 more years. Greeaat! I don't even know why Ron Paul even bothered running as president if he didn't intend to fight.

"But you must remember, my fellow-citizens, that eternal vigilance by the people is the price of liberty, and that you must pay the price if you wish to secure the blessing." - Andrew Jackson

You wanna quit?

Go ahead, hang your head and shut your mouth then. We are the ones that need to use our voices and stand up for our freedoms. he is only one man, we are many. He bothered to get us to open our eyes and see what was happening right under our noses, and guess what? It worked. Quit your sniveling and go spread the word. Ron Paul or no one 2012!

The fight was up to us

He invited us to join the GOP; Too many did not.
He invited us to get involved in the GOP, getting seats and offices; Too many did not.
He invited us to become credentialed delegates, Too many did not.
He invited us to a good fight and many prefered being in the crowd taking turns at cheerleading, rather than getting in the game.

The game is still on, and it will be for a lifetime.
He showed us the way, not as a gladiator, which is has done alone for decades, but as a coach.

It is up to us, not him. It was always up to us, not him.
It was always biggger than him and he knows that.

Excellent comment TG

If Benn Swan is correct and

If Benn Swan is correct and Ron Paul does have plurality in 5-6 states...then will Ron Paul not be giving a platform speech?

It's a good question; and I don't know why not.

IF Ben is correct, and I hope he is, and Ron Paul is for whatever reason, not properly, formally, invited to make a speach by the RNC, then Ron Paul will show us, beit by action, or lack of, our future with the GOP and our Republic.

What is important, is that we do not form our own ideas, or pull a "mutany", or turn the convention into a riot, but that we continue to follow the rules, abide by the laws, and prepare for the opportunity to beat them at their own game, with their own rules.

It only takes a few good people and we've got that. It's about letting MSM get mad for us, like we get angry for Ron Paul.

I believe a lot of people want us to win, and maybe this will do it?

...but you're not beating

...but you're not beating them at their own game....They just change or ignore the rules with no conscience or shame .

Either did Ron Paul, eh?

Like RP, I can't do it alone, so if it makes you feel better to not join us but to tell us that we are outnumbered and can't win, blame yourself for the corruption, as you know what RP did, you KNOW what RP GOP are doing, and you refuse to help, but want to attack us.

I have 14 open seats, Romney wins and the neocons will fill those seats because YOU KNOW about those seats and refuse to take one.

I don't understand your

I don't understand your comment?????

Sorry, the headline is WRONG.

Sorry, the headline is WRONG. RNC has NOT said that Paul is going to Tampa NOR that he is going to be nominated.

And please, easy on "they said on the news." ALl you did was read a BLOG from a PAUL SUPPORTER that erroneously made the conclusion in your headline.

The fact is that Ben Swann called them and asked IF Paul COULD be nominated, and their answer was yes. But that is NOT the same as the RNC announcing he will be going to Tampa and he WILL be nominated.

From Ben's story it is up to the DELEGATES to put Paul up for nomination.

The title is misleading in that it may have people thinking that the RNC is including Paul as a nominee. They are NOT.

Why am I the only one to point this out? Can we stop reacting with emotional excitement and learn the facts first?

I like the sentiments of the examiner and the poster, but those are all self-serving conclusions not based on facts. LISTEN to Ben's interview and verify yourself.

NOTE: If you vote this down, have the gall to prove me wrong...

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

You're not

You're not the only one who stopped to think about it.

There has been a call for people to apply some critical thinking skills, at the moment, it is getting drowned out...

It just amazes me that people

It just amazes me that people will get so emotional excited over something without really looking into the facts first.

ALl Ben did was confirm from the RNC RUle committee, if he is telling the truth, that the delegates CAN nominate Paul.

But why would the RNC rule committee want to be kept anonymous if this is some official ruling?

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

I'm a realist and I see your

I'm a realist and I see your point. I don't think having a little excitement and enthusiasm is such a bad thing at this point. Swann is a good ally and his news and work should excite us. God knows we need some clean air. A good general would allow the troops some uplifting news from the front.

I agree, I just don't like

I agree, I just don't like seeing anyone playing loose and fast with facts..

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

Yup. Keep with the critical thinking skills

Doubt EVERYTHING not just what "they" say. ALWAYS check up on the facts. I knew this was bogue yesterday, the RNC is now in an internal and high level fight to keep us out. No way they would have come up with an answer so fast.

Be brave, be brave, the Myan pilot needs no aeroplane.

I'm confused....

Sitting in the office today I heard Mike Gallager start a rant on the radio about how the RNC was blocking Paul from the convention. Unfortunately, we had a guest come into the office right as his rant was beginning and I didn't hear what he said. But he did mention the topic several times leading in. I wish I could have heard what he said...but I do know I heard 4-5 times him reference the Republican party "blocking" Paul from the convention....I went straight to DP at my first opportunity to confirm but didn't see anything. Does anyone know what's going on???

a battle for freedom

is going on

President Ron Paul 2012!

If this can be verified, ram this through

If this can be verified, ram this news through! Post it everywhere. Spread the news....make it news.

The title of the article is misleading. This has not been "confirmed" by the RNC. Though it is true Paul has won the needed states, the RNC has not confirmed anything.
