I want to thank everyone for their kind words and their generosity. It is truly humbling and I mean that.
What I did that fateful day was not for myself, and in many ways it was not for "us". I did what I did because it was the right thing to do. Period.
To accept the injustice of tyrants is paramount to endorsement. I was not about to endorse the actions of those that sought to rig the process and who were willing to have no result if they did not get their result.
The Freedom Center of Missouri came to my defense before I was even released from custody. I cannot thank Dave Roland enough for what he has done for me.
In a municipal case like this, there is no court reporter or record of testimony. Among the people who will be testifying are three candidates for the Missouri House of Representatives. Their testimony MUST be on record. A privately hired court reporter is the way to record that testimony. Thanks to the donations that came in, it will be recorded.
Hopefully things will work out next week on the side of the Constitution and LIBERTY.
To answer the question of whether I intend to sue those involved, I will just say that I am not going to discuss upcoming legal actions online until after they have been filed. If they are filed at all. Read my above statement on standing up to tyranny if you need to know my inclination.
There is no video allowed and cell phones must be turned off, but I will see if there is any way to get twitter updates to everyone during the trial. It should last several hours, unless the judge decides to throw it out.
Two things will give me confidence next week. The first thing is knowing I am right and did nothing wrong. The second is knowing there are so many people who have my back.

The quickest way to make this go away is to immediately file suit against the arresting officers in both their official capacity and personally, and against the jurisdiction they work for. I'd even go one better and sue whoever called them or arranged for them to be there.

I am astonished that the charges were not dropped. What kind of monster is the DA? IANAL, but it would seem to me that the first order of business would be to petition the judge to drop the case with prejudice. Next order of business would be to sue the perpetrators in the GOP and police. Sue their pants off.

The arresting officers...
Need to be identified and sued. Apparently an oath is not enough to keep cops on the strait and narrow. A $1000 fine for each "officer" assisting in the arrest is appropriate and would serve as a deterrent for further rights violations.

My understanding is that the cops in question did this on orders of Eugene Dokes. This is like having a dispute between 2 neighbors, where one simply orders the police to arrest the other. If the cops cannot do a better job of determining what is going on, then they should be hauled down by the legal system and compelled to pay the max fine for whatever they falsely arrested someone for. They should not have immunity or they will, and have, abused others.
Dokes also should pay a penalty for this nonsense, as he called in the cops BEFOREHAND and had them lined up ready to arrest others for their legitimate reactions to HIS misdeeds.
