Dr. Ron Paul for 2012! Restore America Now. Not 2016.

So be it.

We must NOT let Ron Paul down or we will let ourselves down

It is critical that each and every one of us participates in this. Minimal effort, minimal dollars:

"What if the American people learn the truth" - Ron Paul

These words JUMPED OUT at me.

Dr. Paul said "I am VERY OPTIMISTIC in how this will all turn out." He also said he cant support Romney. Read between the lines people. After he publicly gets the nomination fair and square..then what can they do??

“Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms.” ― Ron Paul

When I Hear Paul Speak, His Words Are Different Than When The

campaign sends out an email or when Benton speaks for the campaign. There seems to be a disconnect in that regard..

The confusion comes about when Paul's words and Benton's words seem to have conflicting meaning. Their words are different in tone and in meaning..and all of us wonder, what the hell is going on here?..Do we believe Benton or Paul when they speak or send out messages?

Do you all agree with me about this and if you do, shouldn't the campaign come out and clarify any confusion or questions we have.

Am I wrong about this?

Agree and disagree.

Yes, they are quite different and that does throw us a lot curves. No, the campaign shouldn't answer to us at this point in time in that matter. Let them do whatever it is they are doing and time will tell what the heck is going on.

How much of our time has RP let us waste...

How much of our time has RP let us waste going back and forth over questions that he could answer with certainty in 5 seconds. Rule 11, rule 38, rule 40 - what exactly do his attorneys say about those and where exactly does RP stand? We know he can pick up a video camara and post a vid. we've seen that. Why doesn't he actively volunteer anything? Only vague minimizing RESPONSES to msm-goon-framed "questions."

And what's with...

"They like war a little too much."
"I haven't DECIDED if I'm going to support Romney"

WTF is that? I'm sorry but his perpetual kid-glove tone is killing me. The public needs to know how evil these a-holes are, and RP (the only one of us with a mic) never fails to make them sound like they're just little misguided children who will eventually come around.

Where did this great leader come from?

Hello, great leader.

Here's the deal.

Two words: Do you know Representative Larry McDonald?

Enough said.

For those who do know, Larry McDonald was a rep from Georgia (Newt took his seat after Larry's assassination) who was ALSO Chairman of the John Birch Society, of which Ron Paul has been a friend of for years.

In other words, RP knows what Larry knew -- namely that an elite banking cartel runs this world, and totally runs our Congress and the highest levels of federal and ALL state governments. They have bought and paid for virtually EVERY Senate seat and almost all HOUSE seats in D.C.

So to your point, Larry was assassinated -- plain and simple.

Why? He DID take his kid gloves off. He had ID'd the criminals. Look what that got him.

In other words, RP has not been killed because he has left his kid gloves on.

That's all I can say.

It is frustrating.

I would have thought that of all times, at the END of his political career, that RP would have unmasked the veil for a lot of folks, and spoken the truths that he knows. But he has not.

Furthermore, I think that he could have gone much further in that direction, without having gone all the way, but one of his greatest strengths is also one of his greatest weaknesses: he is nice, he is gentlemanly, he is loving, he believes in the mote-beam teaching of Christ.

But even Christ called out harshly sinners at times. There ARE times for calls to repentance, but RP is not one of those personality types, so all we see is his love and restraint.

But would he have survived this long with the calls to repentance that you and I feel we'd like to hear.

And the unfortunate thing is that I don't see another waiting on batter's deck to take his place. Rand has compromised, he has committed to living a lie by distancing himself from "conspiracy theory".

The answer is LOCAL. Have YOU been to your local sheriff, have you alerted your city council of what's going on? I have. The battle must be local.

I don't Buy The Assassination Line.....

I'm someone who people might call an "assassination buff". So I'm well aware of the planned assassinations of John Kennedy, Louis T. McFadden, Abraham Lincoln, Martin L. King, James Garfield, Robert Kennedy, Hale Boggs, Larry McDonald, James Garfield, Paul Wellstone, John Kennedy Jr., John Lennon, and the attempted assassination of Andrew Jackson.

So on the one hand here, I understand the realities and the point that you make. However, none of those people (above) really had their eyes open (aside from Andrew Jackson who spoke about it, and survived), and recognized that they were targets right in the cross-hairs because of the specific actions that they took, and then took the steps and measures to really protect themselves.

If Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez can still survive for decades with the CIA throwing everything that they had at them, and if other controversal people (example: Michael Moore, who received very serious death threats after making the anti-War, anti-Bush Fahrenheit 911 Movie) can also protect themselves -- then Ron Paul can also protect himself as well, and be free to speak his mind openly.

All you have to do is have money (which Ron Paul does have a lot of), so that you can hire your own private security, to ensure that you can move about freely and safely. They would check-out every Airplane, every Car, every Hotel, secure your House, and provide the necessary sheilding.

So the point is that Ron Paul is only likely to be assassinated if he is naive, and thinks that he is not a target, and just leaves himself only standard security to protect him, and then speaks his mind.

But if he protects himself, then there is no reason why he had to treat his Campaign as though it was just about graciously walking out on your own supporters in the 7th-inning, and having nothing to say at all against Mitt Romney, and no interest in really challenging him. That's a cop out.

So I don't buy the assassination line here. It is possible to protect yourself (if you have money), and then really still challenge the System.

All those people who were killed, did not have adequate protection. You might think that the Presidents (Lincoln, Kennedy, etc.) did through the secret service, but that would be wrong. Once you realize that you are a target, then you no longer can trust the U.S. State Department or The Secret Service to be loyal anymore as well. You must then hire your own security to deal with the logistics.

Ron Paul simply did not have to take a fall here.

And at nearly 80-years old, there was no reason not to have made his last Campaign unambiguous, and .....a real serious Campaign against Romney right up until the final delegate count.

Sorry - can't listen while

Sorry - can't listen while I'm at work.
Can anyone tell me what he said about the plurality rules? Sounds like Ben Swann is saying that per the RNC, Ron Paul DOES have plurality in not 5 but 6 states. So as long as all of those delegates nominate him in Tampa, there should be no problem getting on the ballot in Tampa. Now, I just need to hear that Ron Paul knows this. Why can't he just come out and say.."people, this is it, I need and want your nomination!" I really do think that would make a HUGE difference. I think poeple should hear him say it.

Nomination in the Bag

Dr. Paul speaks knowingly that he had a nomination in the bag without Nebraska.

I still didn't get an answer

I still didn't get an answer if Paul could be added to the nomination in Tampa..

If you disagree with me on anything you are not a real libertarian...

under a paul

under a paul administration the people would PULL the licenses of these LIARS, and they all KNOW IT!

are you talking about?

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.

..

media outlets need approval from the people for their licensing.
If enough people get together, individual local licenses can be challenged for what ever reason.
And if found guilty, their license to operate can be pulled.
all one needs is enough signatures to challenge any media outlet.

Sounds like people don't need to wait for

Dr. Paul to be nominated to get this going.

That's a very good idea

If I was a media person I would organize it.

Poor MSM!

... all those embarrassing retractions that shine on their collective inability to do some basic research ...

Did they take down the interview ?

I tried to listen but it does not come up.

Must have been a good one.

Anyone have another link ?

Good interview.

Any thoughts on 6:16 to 6:19 ?

the GOP

is itchin' to commit a few assassinations themselves. Isn't that what they passed the NDAA for?

The other things on the page worked fine. It was just the Dr. Paul interview that would not work.

Love the man. Was a delegate

Love the man. Was a delegate in Tx for him and my Co did well. Enough with the nervous, unsure laugh he gives. Tell me you want this Ron. Tell the US you want to lead. The public needs to hear this. Your ideas are important. Sell them!

I'm waiting for Dr. Paul to own his position. Waiting....

Don't Hold Your Breath

He has repeatedly indicated that now he is only desirous of a speaking slot and some sort of platform influence. Both are completely non-substantive and pathetic.

If he wanted to win, he would be calling for a win, or dare I say, a 'revolution' at the convention. He would have been calling for it during the latter part of the state convention/delegate selection process.

To me, the only logical assessment is that he struck some deal with the establishment rather than fight for a win and he is assuring Lil' Rand's future in the republican-establishment.

Sadly, he took the 'insurance for Rand' plan, rather than a 'balls-to-the-wall philosophical fight'. He has repeatedly said that he does not want a floor-fight, or any disruption of the convention.

This POTUS race is lost and Dr. Paul is complicit in that loss. Sure to be an unpopular conclusion, but it is what it is and I call them as I see them. To do any less is to be disingenuous and/or deluded.

Exactly.

"Let's be respectful of the GOP establishment and not cause a stir."

That is the most pathetic thing our dear leader has ever said.

They can break bones, have us arrested, trample their own rules, commit felony after felony, and he wants the rule-abiding, civil freedom fighters to bend over and take it?

Oh he does say, we shouldn't be pushed around. But be respectful.

It seemed like Ron Paul did not naysay the delegate

plurality possibility. Rather, he seemed open. I hope I'm right, and I hope Ben Swann is right and most importantly, I hope Ron Paul is allowed to be part of the nomination process in Tampa!

Ron Paul for Potus 2012!

They have removed the poll. I

They have removed the poll. I am listening to the interview now. It is 1:35 AM on July 18th 2012.
