The Hypocrisy of the American Mind
Submitted by dexterszyd on Fri, 07/20/2012 - 22:51Today was a horrible day. A mad man walked into a loaded theater and slaughtered and maimed 72 people.
Lets take a look at the public reaction to the killing of innocent life:
Minneapolis Star- "horrendous shock "
Rep. Louie Gohmert, like just about everyone else, calls the Aurora, Colorado massacre, in which at least 12 have died, “a senseless, crazy act of terror.”
Idiot from a Blog site- Anthony Caruso If. I was one the cops first on scene, I would have BULLET RIDDLED HIS ASS INTO SWISS CHEESE and dealt with consequences later. Probably would get off light eventually. FU(K THE TRIAL. IT'S A JOKE!!
White House puts flags at half staff...Big Condolence speech by Obama
And on and on and on.
Now we turn this horrible event that took place in July of 2008
A US air strike killed 47 civilians, including 39 women and children, as they were traveling to a wedding in Afghanistan, an official inquiry found today. The bride was among the dead.

Don't we find this outrageous too?
On one hand we see calls to bring this mass murder in Colorado to immediate and swift justice
On the other hand our government wipes out an entire wedding party and its considered an OOPS....
I ask, what is the difference in these two random acts of violence?
Why are some lives more precious than others?
END THIS WAR!

Just as many Americans have delegated
everything to the State and its kept media, so they have delegated critical thinking and questions of morality. The media guides all pop thinking in support of the Empire. Ordinary people are bad and must be controlled; the State is beneficent and must control. End of though process; what's on TV?
Baseball
Thats what

The difference is that those
The difference is that those were just some brown desert people in some other country, like anyone cares about their lives? And they were killed by heroes with an American flag sewn on their sleeve, so it's ok. To even question those killings shows how unAmerican you are. Don't you remember 9/11?
Silly me
But of course
