Mental Health & Guns-Which comes first?

Gun owners appear to approve death from gun violence over gun rights. The deaths are being used to ban guns and remove 2nd amendment rights.

Let me explain.

IF gun owners want gun rights, THEN gun owners must stand for appropriate, effective mental health care because otherwise mentally ill people will have guns and be committing murders. They do and are every day.

This logic IS an absolute.

From what I've seen, gun owners do not support effective mental health care. In fact, they will not even discuss the issue. They do not appear to care. This is illogical.

Now . . . all of that may be appearances created by cognitive infiltration of 2nd amendment activist groups.

Along the same line of logic we have this second amendment forum which does not appear to recognize that the first right of Americans is that congress call an Article V convention.

Which is it? Do any gun rights advocates understand this issue or are those in this forum pretenders that refuse logic?

If you accept this logic and support the concept that effective mental health care protects gun rights because it prevents murders or any reason for government to limit 2nd amendment rights, you must post and ask what mental health care providers can do to improve mental health care in order to demonstrate your sincerity.

Then, if such mental health care measures are shown to be reasonable, you must become an advocate for the best mental health care.

If you do not accept this logic then you cannot effectively defend 2nd amendment rights because you are not logical or accountable to your position in support of 2nd amendment rights.

Another cognitive infiltrator

has identified themselves here.

anothernobody has chosen to accept the distortions of other posters rather than answer the simple question.

"Mental Health & Guns-Which comes first?"

Assuming I advocate mental health screenings.

I do not. I advocate that this society have effective mental health care and it doesn't.

Not one so far has asked what effective mental health care might be. There is a reason for this.

The infiltrators of the US government use secrecy that is created by exploiting the unconscious mind.

Effective mental health care treats the unconscious mind directly because the unconscious mind controls human perceptions and behaviors for the most part.

Effective mental health care cannot be allowed by the infiltrators of the US government because secrets concealing treason may be exposed.

Can we stop doing all the things we are doing that we do not want to do while still doing what we need to do?

By whose standards? Do you presume

the dominant psychiatric model is healthy? Acceptance of State control and violence is healthy? Kids who don't meekly obey school rules must be controlled with drugs? These are the people you want deciding? If not the perverse shrinks, what Authority would decide? It is common for tyrannies to "re-educate" those who oppose them.

I'll take my chances on the effort to educate through voluntary means even knowing some nuts will go off now and then. Otherwise the nuts will all gravitate to legalized enforcement agencies and we'll have zero defenses.

Who says the dominant psychiatric model is healthy?

Not I.

Is that what you are saying?

Meanwhile the prime question of the thread is unanswered by your reply.

Mental Health & Guns-Which comes first?

The prime question is based in this logic

"IF gun owners want gun rights, THEN gun owners must stand for appropriate, effective mental health care because otherwise mentally ill people will have guns and be committing murders."

Your evasive response asserting that I've made presumptions such as you describe marks you as a potential cognitive infiltrator.

Answer the question.

I think my reply was clear. Who sets the

standards you call for? It is you who must defend a call for some Authority to screen and evaluate people. I think the Authoritarian State is the primary CAUSE of so much mental disability and irresponsible attitudes, not any solution.

And your attitude reeks of an authoritarian bent in your further assumption that you can demand I answer to your specs, and your knee jerk accusations when you are resisted.

Check your cognitive distortions reed

A common sense logical standard is that we have effective mental health because our soldiers do not kill themselves, they only kill the enemy.

Suicides and casualties are nearly equal in the middle east

Conclusion: America does not have effective mental health care.

It is not credible that anyone in this thread would NOT recognize that Americas mental health care methods, procedures and practice is a JOKE.

A message to the sincere.

Get ready to lose your guns IF you let this unaccountable presence infiltrate efforts to effectively use free speech.
