ABC News: Ron Paul's 'Audit the Fed' bill passes the House

At long last, Ron Paul has his day.

The House of Representatives on Wednesday overwhelmingly approved the Texas Republican's bill to increase the transparency of the Federal Reserve. With bipartisan support, the measure passed 327-98.

For Paul, the path to getting his bill approved in the House has been a long, and often lonely one. He first introduced the bill to a skeptical House a decade ago. While his efforts were ignored at the time, the call to audit the Fed" has gained support from mainstream Republicans and Democrats.

calling your f**ing senators!!

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I'm just well-informed

Mr. Hoyer's concern for Fed "independence"

So, Mr Hoyer is concerned about the Fed banksters losing their privacy and independence, as they run our currency dictator-style. Where is Mr Hoyer's concern for all of us law-abiding, tax-paying, productive American citizens? He and his friends don't mind throwing our privacy and independence right out the window!

But the RAT Harry Reid has vowed it will go down in the Senate.

God how I wish Sharon Angle had beat his ass.

Wow over 3/4 of the Congress voting in the affirmative.

Does anyone think that our Senators won't get the message? If so, then we have our work cut out for us. Time to man the phones again.

What are the odds of it

What are the odds of it passing the Senate? The Magic 8-Ball says: "Slim to none"

I saw some quote by Rand that said "If it came to the Senate tomorrow, it'd pass"
