HQ needs new leadership
I just had an important and thoughtful post I made blocked as "spam" by someone who can't deal with HQ leadership being held responsible for their lack of accountability and results.
The reality is that a massive percentage of grassroots contributors - I think a massive majority of, at least, of those most heavily engaged and thoughtful at the grassroots level - have been complaining about the unaccountability and poor judgment of HQ top personnel for a LONG time.
Virtually all the important breakthroughs in this campaign to date have been brainstormed and executed entirely at the grassroots level. We have an extraordinary message, and extraordinary candidate, a SUPER extraordinary grassroots ... and a third rate headquarters operation.
We DESERVE to win. We CAN win.
However, we can also lose ... and continuing with the mediocre HQ leadership we currently have is a sure fired way to get more of the mediocre results we've been getting.
You might say 10% isn't bad given where we started. There is some validity to that but that validity is lost in the importance of the outcome. First of all, most all of the 10% we do have came from Dr. Paul himself or from the grassroots. Can you name ONE home run hit by HQ? I can name half a dozen from grassroots. HQ ISN'T up to the quality of the grassroots nor candidate; that is simply acknowledging reality.
But the real reason we need to take the dramatic step of replacing top HQ management is because we know what is at stake. For more than a few of us, this really ISN'T just a campaign for President; this really IS a rEVOLution. According to Dr. Paul, "Let it not be said that we did nothing." Well, a corollary could be stated as "Let it not be said that we did anything less than our best." There are many at the grassroots level who have built miracles out of nothing - Trevor Lyman and J. Black come to mind, but there are legions more.
What has HQ built with $25M? Not nearly enough. They can't even acknowledge emails from significant contributors; they don't appear to be even competent to do that. Or maybe they just don't CARE to respond. Not care...or not care enough. I think that is the problem with HQ leadership.

Agreed 1000%. I commented
Agreed 1000%. I commented in the chat the other day that we may have already reached the tipping point, though I concede that it is still early to make a final judgement call.
I realize NH is a small state and that it does not adequately refelct the entire nation, but we had an opportunity to turn the MSM and polls on its head. How??
By spending some of the 20Million bucks we raised. Anyone else notice the stats of money spent in NH on television? It was roughly $4Million per candidate with approximately 3,500 spots.
Money begets money. HQ should have spent as much on "quality" spots that present the message - lile everyone else is doing. NH, in my opinion, was THE state primary to draw national attention that Dr. Paul is a legitimate national candidate who embraces, and indeed votes for freedom and liberty. But now that opportunity is gone.
Does anyone expect to win Michigan? What about South Carolina? Florida??
I may be wrong, but the time for exposure and firepower was NH, when Rudy, thompson, hunter were asleep.
I watched the 1-hour special that HQ held in lieu of the debate Dr. Paul was excluded from. The message was clear and acceptable, but looked like I was viewing a town hall meeting from 1985. It was drab. Worse, i think i counted 14 people. Even the Democrats find a way to bus in 1,000 people, even if they are "staged" to give the appearance of a fired up crowd.
The guy introducing Dr. Paul appeared nervous and illprepared.
You don't think packaging is important or necessary?? Then you're not being realistic. I am not saying to water down the message. I am saying that i agree that the HQ needs to be changed.
I agree
Even though Dr. Paul did a great job last night his ranting is confusing people who just have started listening to him.
So, 1st Speech Coach
Then, Don't ever cancel dates with the press
Then, get someone who actually can call press conferences so Paul can address whatever mud everyone else slings his way.
