The right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States, and in the 1957 case Reid v. Covert (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reid_v._Covert), the U.S. Supreme Court established that the Constitution supersedes international treaties ratified by the U.S. Senate.

Inform her that is is purging her oath of office by trying for gun control against the 2nd amendment of the constitution.

Remind her that she could be found guilty of defermation of rights under color of law Title 18 USC 242 as a criminal act and Title 42 USC 1983 for civil case.

How about amending the 2nd amendment so it reads that no one shall make a treaty that is contrary to the bill of rights. Any treaty that is made that in opposistion to the bill of rights is null and void.
