UPDATED: Richard Gilbert Speaks about Romney's "Crime Syndicate" - and our Duty as Ron Paul Supporters

Richard Gilbert speaks about Romney's "Crime Syndicate" (his lying, cheating, stealing of the election), and Romney's support of NDAA, Drones, and other Evils.

He goes on to talk about the Duty of Ron Paul supporters to fight until the battle is over (win or lose) to restore the US Constitution by electing Ron Paul POTUS.

Now that the Campaign has officially challenged the Oregon, Louisiana, and Mass. delegate "results" (achieved by outright criminal activity by Romney and local GOP thugs), maybe you can think about supporting Richard, his team, and our Lawsuit against the RNC, and State GOP Chairmen - seeking to unbind the Delegates in Tampa!!

(Unbind by court order - not by some GOP rule or "promise" - which they have proven time and again can be broken when convenient.)

P.S. Have you ever considered that there just might be information and a plan to elect RP that you don't know about? Don't give up, keep fighting!

UPDATE: Listen to what Carol Paul has to say about the LFRP and the lawsuit (approx 4:20)

I know they're over.

I'm just laying out the entire plan (which goes back much further than Gilbert, who got involved last minute in an opportunistic way).

Maine wants to remove Paul delegates,

other states are sure to follow. So I guess trying to get along with the good ole boy GOP has worked really well in the past. They have really helped our delegates so far haven't they? I can really see how trying to be civil has worked in the Oklahoma State Convention. Maybe those Paul delegates deserved the punches thrown at them.

We are already getting blow back from the RNC just for being Paul supporters. As I see it this lawsuit changes nothing unless we win, then every thing changes.

Gold standard: because man can not be trusted to control his greed

You're wrong again!

Challenges closed last Friday 7/27.

Too bad Richard Gilbert MISSED THE DEADLINE.

In other words, there is now NO COURT that can change the outcome.

So this post was just a big lie

Gold standard: because man can not be trusted to control his greed

I didn't want to call you a name, but in this case, I have to.

No, jack@$$, I said 7/27 was the deadline and Maine's challenge was FILED IN TIME.

Way to go Gilbert-trolls: YOUR MISSION = ACCOMPLISHED - put our RP newbies to sleep so the deadline rolls by hopefully unnoticed, with their hope put into this lunatic in the video who, again...

PROOF that the Gilbert-trolls are working for Romney and have been ALL ALONG.

You must be a bully that has a hard time getting his own way

all the time. This is the second time in just a few days you reduced your self to name calling to just win a point.

You have lost this argument because of your very rudeness!

I thought the Daily Paul was about being civil and respectful of each other, you are surely not a true Ron Paul supporter!

please. You KNOW this how?

The challenge was filed in time.

Who said anything about

Who said anything about trying to get along with the good ole boy GOP?

Regarding civility, that's what Dr. Paul has asked of his supporters.

This lawsuit can't be won.

So the questions is, what is gained or lost by perusing (and losing) it?

Nothing is gained and there is a fair amount to lose (as I mentioned above).

The GOP has sucker punched the Paul Campaign

so many times, it is time to take a stand. Even Paul says be civil not a door mat.

The lawsuit being won or not is your opinion, unless you have some crystal ball that see the future.

The GOP already thinks we all wear tin foil hats so nothing will be lost by going forward.

Gold standard: because man can not be trusted to control his greed

It's going to lose.

How do I know? This is how:

Have you read the complaint and supporting documents (for and against)? Have you read the statutes and cases? Are you familiar with how judges interpret law and rule on cases?

Don't fool yourself. Even Gilbert knows this isn't going to win. He knows this.

you already answered this, but: Are you a practicing lawyer? Which states?
You sure seem positive about an outcome that has yet to be decided.

Your responses remind me of the MSM drumbeat: I like Ron Paul, but HE CAN'T WIN!
(Really, that is the feeling I get from you. Defeatist before the game is even started.)

It's probably best I don't post a lot of personal information about myself. I've already been careless enough for someone to figure out who I am (not that I'm anyone special). Still, why make it easier.

Notice I haven't asked you to "trust me" or appealed to any credentials I might have. I've tried to reason with you and give you evidence.

Today, my feeling is, "I like Ron Paul but, unless Romney drops out, he won't win the GOP nomination next month." I was much more optimistic until Santorum dropped out. Politics is all about numbers and I know how to count. The numbers are in and Romney's in the lead.

Still, that doesn't mean the game is over. This is just a round in an endless game. Admitting we haven't won the round doesn't mean I don't think we gained something from it or that I'm giving up.

Keep calm and carry on!

Further up and further in!

LOL he's not gonna read that

This guy is either trolling you hard, or he's too emotionally involved to embrace reason.

But he will go over and click the down arrow though.

And Here's What The Judge Had To Say

Regarding: "Lawyer" for Ron Paul:

"We would remind Gilbert & Marlowe that the California Rules of Professional Conduct about which the firm so enthuses in its briefs includes this one: "In presenting a matter to a tribunal, a member: [¶] (A) Shall employ...such means only as are consistent with truth; [¶] (B) Shall not seek to mislead the judge, judicial officer, or jury by an artifice or false statement of fact or law..."

http://www.leagle.com/xmlResult.aspx?page=20&xmldoc=in caco 20100713041.xml&docbase=cslwar3-2007-curr&SizeDisp=7

"Whenever a judge has personal knowledge that a lawyer has violated any provision of the Rules of Professional Conduct, the judge shall take appropriate corrective action."

"We deem as "appropriate corrective action" this admonition, which we make now directly to Gilbert & Marlowe: Do not misleadingly misquote trial judges in briefs to the Court of Appeal; the next time we will not be so lenient as to let the matter end with a simple admonishment".
......THERE is YOUR "BOY", Robot...about time YOU "manned-up".

You Want The Court Case To Fail. Why?

Firms of solicitors get "admonished" all the time. What did Gilbert himself know in this case? Do you think Gilbert is doing anything wrong with the Ron Paul case? This was clearly not the full decision - nor does it give the circumstances. What was the full decision? Please - give me the full facts of none at all. Otherwise your selective approach makes me believe that - for whatever reasons - you want and are searching for a way for this Ron Paul Campaign court action to fail. Why?

Scroll down to where it says unpaginated view then click on it

That will open up to all the juicy details.

"12. The trial judge thus granted the motion in limine to the extent that it sought to "exclude any testimony from Judge Peck as to the application of law to the particular facts in this case or to give any expert opinion regarding questions of law. I don't want her testifying on any legal conclusion."

Here you go.

There's the whole opinion. I doubt you'll read it. I did.

It's not about wanting it to fail. It's about knowing it will fail. There's a difference.

So True!

The Gilbert-Trolls constantly have, for eternity it seems:

Attempted to smear, bury, or discredit ANY "critical analysis" of the lawsuit, the lawyer, and consequences/implications of such action.

NONE of these MK-Ultra-Mind-controlled-Gilbert Zombies have ever addressed the "current consequences" being exacted upon ALL the Ron Paul Delegates...namely:

......BLOWBACK...the disqualification of credentials scenario, as a result of this action in reaction to a "perceived threat".

RON PAUL did NOT want to "go this route".
WE fight for RON PAUL...NOT "Doctor Gilbert".

I await the "downvoting" by the "Thought Police"; Plastic Libertarians.

"MK-Ultra-Mind-controlled-Gilbert Zombies" -- LMAO

....and programmed by "Dr. Gilbert" himself!

Someone could make a thread about what kind of mental roadblock all of these people have in common.
I bet that they would be the same population demographic that will wind up in CULTS.

I Am Chuckling Myself!

But on a more serious note; consider this picture:

Charles Manson meets Joel Steinberg.....all in the personificaion of:

I'm sill waiting for the "promised" subpeonae that was to be within "15 Days".....waiting...waiting...waiting.

Oh well...life goes on.

"Beyond the blackened skyline, beyond the smoky rain, dreams never turned to ashes up until.........

"Doctor Gilbert" really was saying that he had subpoenaed you?

What on earth for? I have to hear this...

EDIT: Ok I remember on Zsh-ninja's thread he was saying that Gilbert was threatening him and other people with a subpoena for their personal info.

It Was Cause for Concern Initially

..and because of that the OP was "deleted"..possibly to pacify and/or placate "some lawyer" who had threatened a "subpena" (as he "spells it"..not "subpeona" as I have).
Abovementioned "subpeona" was threatened within "14 Days" if I recall correctly...and it most likely was of concern to Mike Nystrom most assuredly.
Yes Zsh Ninja and "OTHERS"...we waited for it to materialize.
I remarked that I'd rather enjoy making a monkey out of him(RG) if he dared to come back to NY.
The subpeonaes never materialized.
RPforPres was "warned" for a "manipulation/hack" of L4's account, and although not "banned" he opted to fade away.
Many of us believe RP4Pres was "set up" by L4...he "claimed" to not be "the one" making insulting, wild comments here at the DP.
When in actuality, it was really he(L4) who "orchestrated" the scenario........we will probably never know the whole story.

If a Lawyer doesn't get into hot water with a judge

once in a while, I would suggest he probably isn't a very good lawyer.

Gold standard: because man can not be trusted to control his greed

If a lawyer gets into hot water for misrepresenting statements

made by a lower court judge, I would suggest he probably isn't a very good lawyer.

Read the case. They make fun of Gilbert and his firm throughout.

You're not a good lawyer when you lose (and are made fun of by the court in the opinion) to your former employee over your employment contract with her.

It means:

-you can't write a good employment contract
-you are so desperate for money/business that you have to go to court with your former employee over cases she brought in
-you can't win the case in court

I am not reading it now or ever

seems like you and others have chosen the failure route. That is Paul should just give up the fight to become the nominee at the RNC convention. If your so well versed in law why don't you kick in with a little help.

As for taking one judge as the infinite wisdom on anyone person I feel is stupid. Judges are human and are swayed by others all the time. I know they are bought and paid for who has the most money. Corruption runs deep in our judicial system.

Gold standard: because man can not be trusted to control his greed

Well, I guess its true that

Well, I guess its true that you can't fix stupid.

Bury your head in the sand! It'll all go away!!

Eric Hoffer

you can't comment on the case if you refuse to read it

They prove the judge was misrepresented. You don't have to take the court's word for it.

So, you are wrong about that.

Pro tip: try reading the case before picking a side and arguing.

With regard to me, you don't know anything about which route I've chosen or the work I've done.

Do you always argue about things you know nothing about?
