The segment featured in this video is in regard to a debate about whether the Tea Parties are racist. You must...

understand that the likes of Macfarlane are the majority of Americans. He even devoted an entire Family Guy episode about Tea Party being anarchists.

The Libertarian Party, irrelevant since 1971.

This racist thing is a cop out.

There was talk among the Republicans about Colin Powell running for Pres. Then there's Rice. This racist stuff is just liberal news trying to find something bad to hang the tricornered hat on.
The fact is, there will be racists in any group. That's just the way it is.
And who are the Tea Partiers anyway? These guys in this video(other than Penn) just fall over themselves trying to pigeonhole the group. As far as I'm concerned the Tea Party was kicked off by Paulites in '07, then came the middle class angry about the socialization of health care. Then it was made commercial by Palin and the like. In my humble opinion the Tea Party is now a media brand name with no well defined product.

Why would anyone even care abiut what Seth Macfarlane thinks?

His claim to fame is a demented cartoon comedy show. How does that give him any credibility when it comes to politics?

Gillette is a magician

But did create the political show "bullsh!t". (disclosure: I'm very familiar with Gillette's views and find him to be very smart and very studied and a great ally)

I agree it is a little odd to have television performers debate politics.

Currently consuming: Harry Browne, Free Domain Radio; JT Gatto and Holt; Wii U

In all fairness, you are correct.

I should have stated as much in my prior comment.

*a damn good demented cartoon!

Penn is on the money there,

They all are in there own way, The Tea party has become a "Puppet" party that was pushed to look racist in the eyes of many.

But Penn with the Logic!
