Kid's Hot Dog Stand Shut Down by Local Government

Kid running his hot dog stand threatens 8 restaurants two blocks away and the city shuts him down. Apparently the restaurants pay extra taxes for free parking and heated sidewalks but so do the stores on the same block who have no need for these services, as in the sporting goods store in the story. Eliminating small competition and undermining the free market one hot dog stand at a time.
