Does Barack Obama Expect The Upcoming Election To Spark Rampant Civil Unrest?

What is Barack Obama preparing for? What does Barack Obama actually expect to happen in November? Does he believe that the upcoming election could actually spark rampant civil unrest inside the United States? The conditions are certainly ripe for civil unrest in this country. A multitude of recent polls and surveys have shown that Americans are angrier and more frustrated than ever. Sadly, we are taking a lot of that anger and frustration out on each other. America is more divided today than at any other time since the Civil War era. The left absolutely hates Mitt Romney the Republicans, and the right absolutely hates Barack Obama and the Democrats. If you doubt this, just surf political blogs for a few hours and read the comments that people leave. This country is a boiling cauldron of hatred and anger and all it is going to take is just the right "spark" to cause all of this hatred and anger to absolutely explode. This upcoming election season is likely to be one of the most heated and divisive election seasons in U.S. history, and if there is not a clear winner on election night there is the potential that chaos could be unleashed that would be far, far worse than anything we saw during the Bush/Gore debacle of 2000.

Gerrymandering is the root of evil

Every 10 years the middle gets a piece of its voice taken away. The far left and the far right take more & more control of the political system. The politicians then need to be more divisive to maintain there power. This brings contention into the Congress. It has since taken over the 24/7 news cycles which turns even the smallest disagreement into a hotbed of political attacks, inflaming one side or the other. But what's worse is the fallout from supporters when the two sides agree to work together.

Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence.

No, I don't think so

Too many fear for losing what they have, too many don't have the stregth, ability, will power to resist.

The armed forces have a lot of practice taking out individuals and collectives that rise up against them, and with MSM on the side of the president, those who stand up to the establishment will have their message twisted and find themselves in permante cells very quickly. I think many will be stopped and put away before they even get started.

So NO, I don't think Obama spends any time at all even thinging about an uprizing, knowing, it's too easy to snuff it our and continue as if nothing happened.

bumping and wondering--

but I believe so, yes--

to the poster below, I don't have MSM, but I will try to find those--

chilling.

it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--

spot on

There will be civil unrest (although we've experienced this for a year now) - were any of you paying attention yesterday to the militarized police presence in #Anaheim, #Denver and #Vermont? You can find a lot of livestream/ustream footage from yesterday's events.

The police protect and serve the top... not the masses. and regardless of which wing of the republicrat party wins in november, america loses. Of course there will be unrest. We're watching the final days of the complete corporate-feudalist takeover of America.

Start scaling back on your property. you won't be able to keep much of it in your corporate dorm room.

At their inceptions, the #Liberty, #OccupyWallStreet and #TeaParty movements all had the same basic goal... What happened?
