Can anyone else see it?!
Lord Acton, Lord Chief Justice of England, 1875 - "The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the People v. The Banks."
Where can I get a copy of that poster in the background!?
The first answer that came to mind was that the Romney supporters and campaign may be expecting some even more derogatory information to be getting into the MSM about him. The word on his tax returns or? I just heard Romney being called a "Bankster running for president" on RT.com . So this is getting very interesting.
If there's going to be some news on the "Banksters" collapse in power, then why should the delegates, who have been promised whatever to vote Romney I believe, think that they will get paid what they've been promised?? For example, once a bank goes bankrupt, people better hope they don't have any pending interests, right??? This might be the same idea happening here where the Romney campaign is expecting to have some serious loyalty issues by the time the convention is here.
We've already seen an explosion of news, and results for House vote against the banksters with the Audit The Fed bill passing with flying colors through the House. There's already been calls to arrest Harry Reid since he's said he will do everything to not allow the Audit The Fed vote in the Senate, although the bill already has a good amount of support for a vote ( http://kauilapele.wordpress.com/2012/07/25/drake-update-7-25... ).
If everyone believes that Romney is one of the banksters, I'm sure they will be also questioning how much power he's really going to have in the future and whether the campaign is going to be able to carry out its promises to them. Again, I believe many of the Romney delegates are being paid off somehow, and that's why they're going to Tampa, due to the rigged election so far.

I'm sick of the blame being put on the official campaign for not fighting back hard enough against these attacks. Sorry, but can anyone doubt that this will be spun by the media and seen by the public as the last desperate act of a loser?
The candidate and his official campaign are not the primary ones who were cheated, and even if they made that claim, it would be seen as sour grapes.
The only ones who can fight back are the delegates and the voters, and anyone they can enlist who cares about a fair and representative process. In other words, this is our fight, not "the campaign's."
They've been doing what they can, but compared to us, their hands are tied.
What do you think? http://consequeries.com/
I never thought that the Republican Party of Louisiana would allow Ron Paul to take over either the party apparatus or dominate the delegation to Tampa - just wasn't going to happen in the state that gave us Huey Long - and I don't think that Ron Paul has a lot of support within Louisiana itself - this state is just not the sort where he attracts much support so the state powers that be moved to oust the insurgents who really didn't have a lot of support to begin with - so don't be surprised and don't assume that Romney is the primary force behind this - the local powers that be wanted to get rid of Ron Paul and it looks like they will succeed.
How about Mitt Romney wants to suppress the MESSAGE of Ron Paul at all costs, even if it will cost him votes in November?
You think that is crazy? It would be if our presidential elections were what they are supposed to be.
But what if they are only episodes of mock verbal combat staged for the benefit of a gullible public between "opponents" that are both working for the same people?
What if it doesn't really matter which one wins in November as long as the message of Ron Paul stays below the radar?
Then it makes perfect sense for Romney to fight to exclude every Ron Paul delegate that he can.
It also makes sense for him to exclude Ron Paul himself, to keep him from having even a fifteen minute speaking slot, even though it will cost him votes in November.
Sorry Matt, Ron Paul isn't going to win the nomination and Mitt Romney knows that.
But there are even more important things going on here. That is why Mitt Romney's actions don't make sense.
The Virtual Conspiracy
We will NEVER vote for Romney..like they hoped would happen. Both parties are running very scared!
I was saying the same thing just yesterday...if Romney has the nomination in the bag so easily, why would they care about Ron Paul's small little bundle of delegates? They know they cheated to get whatever they have. They know they had to cheat because the power of Ron Paul's words were stronger than they ever imagined. Therefore...they know that if Ron Paul speaks, there is a STRONG chance people will wake up right at the Tampa convention. Right before their beady little eyes.
What are these delegates doing about losing their delegate status? I can't take this anymore, all this back and forth, it makes me nuts.
Is this being attached to Lawyer for Ron Paul, which by the way...any updates on lawyers for Ron Paul? Don't they have a court date coming up? You know one of those things where lawyers gather before said judge and the paid off judge stands up and says the opposite of the law and calls it a day?
The RNC and the GOP HATE Paul supporters and they want a nice lovey-dovey convention where everyone goes "Kumbaya."
They do not want to recognize that this party is divided.
It's us; the true fiscal conservative, limited-government and Liberty-minded republicans and them; the big-government, big-wars, SOCIAL conservative, establishment republicans.
I suspect we are going to ruin their little party in Tampa.
This may be most entertaining.

Great job, in the fight for Liberty! I think Mitt Romney is more interested in getting his good friends seated in Massachusetts because they have the best Hotel reserved and it's only the best for Mittens and his friends!
Keep in mind, we are dealing with a very powerful figure here! Mittens is no joke!
If the voice of Liberty is to be shared, we need to have a moment in history to publicly display the LOVE to all the world!

Ron Paul's got the juice! If he was to get up and speak to the nation, the message of liberty would spread like a wild fire! It would touch the hearts of Republicans and Democrats alike. As we can see, Americans are already breaking out of the whole Left vs Right nonsense. Romney is afraid that the support from his followers will bend. And the establishment knows this. They know that we will be there in the tens of thousands, and all this talk from the MSM that "Ron Paul just doesn't have the support" will go flying out the window.

I believe it's to deny him the rigt to a speech at the convention and the right to have Ron's name on the ballot. Even if Mitt knew he had it in the bag he doesn't want it to go to a vote. He wants a "united" front. Most people on this site (myself included) were not libertarians before 2007. If Ron Paul is "powerful" enough to demand a speech at the covention it legimitizes his message and states it must be taken much more seriously in the future. All the people who say they like Paul but he can't "win" will start second guessing that idea the next time around. I think the symbolism of Dr. Paul giving a speech at the convention is much more important than people realize. This isn't tokenism because tokenism is something the establishment allows. And they don't seem to be for this to put it mildly. It says about the RNC "We tried everything to stop this and yet it happened anyway". Holes in an exposed dyke get bigger expontentially. The fact that we are threatening to be on the ballot and that we are potentially giving a speech is light years ahead of having to hold a rally across town like 2008. What will it be like in 4 years if we can accomplish that much this time??? The potential of the question gives me goosebumps. And who knows how far we can get even this time??? But I'd be more than satisified if Dr. Paul's name was just put into nomination. That's huge in and of itself.
Plus, the message is so powerful can Romney even trust his own delegates once they've heard this message in person with the vibrant aura of the revolution around them. Doubt Mitt's wants to test that loyalty. It's skin deep at best...
I agree, but they have a serious problem...Rmoney's TOTALLY LAME, and he can't get up...We need a doctor to the rescue...'Paging Dr Paul??...Paging Dr Paul??'...
for the most part. Romney and the RNC certainly don't want to allow Paul to give a speech at the convention. I also agree that it's a huge step from 2008.
The thing I hope for, but am not necessarily sure of, is whether Romney would be worried about his delegates being converted. I base that opinion on the fact that if ANYONE is going to abide by binding rules, it will be the non-Paul Republicans. So, even if Ron was to give a speech and convince them all, I'm not sure their little, party-loving hearts would have the ability to stand up against the orders handed down by upper management. In the event RP converted the Romney delegates, victory will likely still require a brokered convention.
Even here, there are folks like Granger that claim favor for Paul and are delegates but say they will follow by-laws and vote for Romney at the convention to avoid punishment by the party. If we can't convince a Paul supporting delegate to back Paul on the first ballot in the face of binding rules, how will non-Paul delegates act in the same situation?
It's a hurdle. I hope it can be overcome.
screw party loyalty. supporting and voting for paul is steering the party in the right direction.
Why? Because they've all been promised something from the party. They want to collect. AND-------it's PARTY FIRST.
Even Granger will vote PARTY.
Thanks for posting..
B.B. King recorded a song called "Better Not Look Down." The chorus goes like this.
Better not look down, if you want to keep on flying
Put the hammer down, keep it full speed ahead
Better not look back, or you might just wind up crying
You can keep it moving, if you don't look down
B.B. King has always been one of my favorites and this song has always been particularly inspiring.
I always believed Ron Paul was the front runner, regardless of Romulans primary wins. Why? Because Romney's support is weak because he stands for nothing.
Onn a level and fair playing field the message of liberty is popular with the average american and no matter what the lame stream media tells you, don't believe it..
The rEVOLution is alive and well. In Tampa we shall see alot of surprises. Mitt Romney is taking no chances. He must leave no doubt that he is the presumptive candidate.
We lovers of liberty know better.
Ron Paul rocks and in August we will show america what we are all about..
Eat em up "Uncle Ronnie"..We know you have more than 500 delegates waiting to vote for you...It's not over until "WE WIN"!
It's on to Tampa and beyond!

I have been getting that distinct feeling for months now. They have to go through the motions to remain viable in future elections, but the GOP is afraid of winning this election. If Schiff, Paul, Celente and the many others who are predicting a major down turn in the economy are correct, why would they want to put a Republican in charge over that? Romney and the GOP are not running for 2012 against Obama, they are running for 2016 against Hillery when they can blame the Democrats for the depression that is sure to come. Its evident now Romeny and the GOPs whole campaign is not doing what it takes to win. Its like the Mohamed Ali rope-a-dope strategy. Stay on the ropes for 2012, come back and win in 2016 after your opponent has burned out. The depression of 2014 will have a great big D branded on it by the Republicans, Hillery and the Democrats won't have a chance. I don't agree with this strategy, just saying that is what its looking like.
