That red umbrella says more that the picture. Sandy Weill helped deregulate the banks in the 90's,and former Travelers Group Bank Gangster (red umbrella was their logo), now the red unbrella is part of the CITI Bank logo, who got a grip of bailout cash!

Weill and his red umbrella company symbol, was the Jamie Diamond of the 90's. The scum bankster of the Clinton era ect.
