I feel a bit misled

I see that people are upset. I don't think the focus is honest.

It is about the "extra 3 days" that are given to military personnel to vote in addition to the public early voting? It doesn't even really explain what this means, "Ohio allows the public to vote early in-person up until the Friday before the election." Do they have mail-in voting as well? I don't understand the voting options in Ohio, only here in CA.

If you are upset, please explain to me how the voting in Ohio works more clearly.

Very sensational reporting.

And he thinks the Military is actually behind him....

....To enforce Martial Law, and stand against the population???

What bed does Obama wake up in nowadays indeed. He can't treat any of the military good nowadays, would be very lucky if he even got 1/3 to back his orders.

His failure to see the situation for what it is will be his undoing.

There's also this;

I find it offensive and disgusting that they're good enough to die and be maimed for life, but not good enough for simple, human dignity. I also hope the Marines kick the holy living you-know-what out of him when they storm the White House. There's a lot of grumbling from them on Facebook about this stuff.

Not me.

I try to change people every day. Do You?

Please share with everyone

Please share with everyone because this is just so wrong. Troops are good enough to die and be maimed for their service, but have no say in who sends them. There will be major blowback from this. I hope the Marines storm the White House and arrest all those tweezerheads.

It does make me think, however, that support for Dr. Paul is a lot more than what we're being led to believe even on pro-Libertarian Net sites.

I'm actually surprised this isn't being

Propagated by the RNC since Dr. Paul has such a big military following.

Both Obama and Romney

know that the troops will only vote for Dr Paul. Romney probably sent Obomba a case of 40oz Malt Liquors for doing tnis...

The Audacity of Nope.

You can't do that Ohio. You can't make it easy for military to vote.
Nope. Florida can't deny the vote to illegals. You can't do that.

Undo what Wilson did

This is sick!

What ever happened to everyone having the right to vote?! Revocation of voting privileges sounds like a dandy reason to stop fighting, after all what would they be fighting for at this point...

Another term for preventive war is aggressive war- starting wars because someday somebody might do something to us. That is not part of the American tradition.

Is that what the article said?

I am confused. I didn't see anything in the article that indicates revoking of military voting privileges.

It's not revoking the voting

It's not revoking the voting privilege. It's removing the extra days allotted to military personnel. It's not that big of a deal for retirees and non-active duty, but consider if a soldier is deployed in a war zone.

I'm still missing something...

because 3 extra days of in=person voting doesn't help anyone that is deployed in a war zone.

I would assume mail=in voting is the answer for these situations.

Sure, if you can find a PX

Sure, if you can find a PX and stamps in such a place.

Please do not post to front page

I urge you to not put this on the front page before someone can clarify how military voting works in Ohio.

My understanding from the article is that it removes the 3 extra days the military can vote in person that are in addition to the public early voting.

to my facebook wall

it goes.
