If they Prevent Paul Nomination, Delegates should Walk Out En MassSubmitted by attackapathy on Sat, 08/04/2012 - 17:57
I think for many people all we want is a vote. A fair shake by the system. Let us stand up and be counted. And that means not nelly hen pecking our delegates, disqualifying them, failing to recognize them, or otherwise.
So the first issue and I think this is important, is that all Ron Paul delegates, including those QUESTIONED by the GOP minions such as the Mass and Louisiana delegates, all arrive en mass and enter en mass. Because united they will have a much harder time rejecting delegates, one by one they will pick us off like a Louisiana farmer gator huntin.
When the process to nominate occurs if they block our fair fight to nominate Paul and our fair fight to VOTE or get the convention to a fair vote, it's time to walk out en mass. A chant should go up "walk out walk out" and then all Paul supporters leave.
What about staying to influence the party platform. What about staying for all the meetings and backroom dealings? Give me a break. If you aren't even in the power window to get Paul into a vote you won't be able to do anything else either.
I think this follows the "be respectful" request of Paul and there is no reason any of this has to be done in a violent or disrespectful way. In fact the truth is the opposite, we will have been disrespected.
