Everyone this is a RED ALERT warning.
We have the Chuck Baldwin endorsement ad done and rushing it to post production work.
We absolutely need donors to come in now over the weekend to maximize the chipins and google checkouts.
Please bomb the heck out of the donations for SC and NV to get this ad and the others into all of SC and NV.
If all the people on ronpaulforums and dailypaul gave 5,10,20 dollars this weekend we would have enough money to do a solid ad and airing of the Ad in SC(20k) and NV(5k in northern nevada).

Someone please correct me if I am wrong. I understand that a minor republican candidate (who signed up to run JUST FOR THIS REASON) *is* funding the republican recount - in fact has... he only had to pay $2,000 since he received less than 3% of the vote...
Now since we DONT need the recount monies and its useless anyway as the CAMPAIGN has to file for recount, not an individual... we cant do it for Dr. Paul..
Cant these monies be spent for the ADS mentioned here???

The filing fee is $2,000, not the cost for the recount....separate. Mr. Howard is a candidate and that's why he's able to file. The recount may prove a lot more than you think and people that chipped in have a right to use the money for which is was intended.
All that said, please help these ads get funded people. We are running out of time. If you're broke, send in five or ten bucks. No second chances here. This is the last big push til Super Tuesday which will determine whether we can move forward from there.

not sure on all this...even if they didnt do the recount with all that money it would probably have to be returned to people and then donated by individuals since we have to keep account of the donations to the FEC. That may take a while.

Listen, Huckabee is going to get all the Evangelicals. They only care about one thing (you know what that IS.)
The cost far outweighs the benefits.
Buying twice as much air-time in NV ($10,000) makes a lot more sense; go for the economic freedom ads.
Also, look into Maine. Seriously. Maine helped Kucinich a lot in 2004.
Maine is an anti--government, gun-loving State.
I don't know much about the media markets there, but Northern Maine is important.
Bangor (central), Houlton, Caribou, Presque Isle. Again, I don't know where the actual media markets (TV stations) are located.
Portland is liberal, in general, however, it is the largest city and probably has the largest media reach into surrounding areas.
I would focus on smaller, cheaper media markets in more independent states.

townhall is a propaganda site..stay away from it....yikes...they are super pro neo con agency that puts out all types of lies that you can not trust.
We did put up donation opportunities and still do for the new ads to shoot in the future but there has not been enough money donated to shoot a new economic ad. This takes a week or two to plan out and then complete. As we stated previously in another post we waited on eliberty group for the economic ad, but they were unable to share with us their ad, do to legal reasons.
Sorry a lot of us are doing the best we can with very limited resources.
If you want the economic ad made please donate to the future production efforts and tell your friends to do the same. Please go to the forum site off the main page on www.operationbroadcastfreedom.com and suggest themes and ideas you have. Our director from NY is very good at putting peoples ideas to work.
In our portfoilio there is only the christian parent and baldwin ad that have any christian themes. The others are varied in targets from economics, to illegal immigration, to comedy, to seniors and much more. But until we receive funding for these there is nothing we can do to make them.

PS. I dont get this frustration with evangelical's that have historically decided the winner of the party. By the way huckabee isnt going to get all the evangelicals this is fiction. Also the notion of no people of faith in NV is fiction. Family and friends throughout that area can attest to that. Very strong mormon and hard core believing independent christians live in that region. Especially in northern Nevada. These guys actually think where a lot of the rest of the country get hung up into behavior and peer pressure. They often are the anti-just vote "R" type of people.
People in Nevada and in the west where i have lived, family lives are much more independent. Its not a libertarian thing. It is a independent thing. They literally just aren't "sheep". Ron will stand a VERY good chance with these groups. All of them. Much the same in SC and deep south regions. Personally i never understood the chances in NH. Too close to NY, Mass and neo con big money power base investment in NH are massive with 401k's and the like. I think this was a misjudgement that wont happen again.
Look at Iowa for instance. If it were not for the mess ups with the call records he would have had about 14-15k projected to get to the caucus as a minimum giving him third. This is a very conservative state.
But i do agree with you that Ron should be around areas where there is not anti war, anti nafta, anti WTO, etc competition with the democrats like in MI and Fl. We should be flooding both these states with the message strategically.
By the way if you never saw this before:

So Huckabee is able to get 15-18%, but not 37-40% and take the state.
But still you cant sneeze at 15-18% of the voters. The more we chip from him the better. We dont want to give a single vote to a competitor!

It is interesting to get some really weird responses to my posts though.
My posts are all pro-Paul. I'm a real life-long Republican, but of the Pat Buchanan sort, NOT the Bush sort.
I've been attempting to write stuff in a way that will (should) appeal to Republicans. You never know, there could be a convert among them!
Most Republicans (at least the older ones) were real Conservatives until the NeoCONs used 9/11 and FOX News to brainwash them.
However, my last two posts were total attacks on FOX News, so I'm thinking I might get kicked off soon!
As for the Northeast, the rural people are TOTALLY different than the urban people. Upstate NY HATES NYC! Same in Vermont, NH, Maine.
In NYC everyone is a Democrat, however, if you go Upstate or to rural Vermont and mention the Dems they give you a really evil-eyed look, lower their voices and say "We're all Republicans here." Seriously, this happened to my mother last summer. It was hysterical!
The rural people are mostly poor - generations of family farmers who lost their farms to bankruptcy due to subsidies for industrial agriculture. They really HATE the government. Plus, there used to be a lot of manufacturing jobs there too, and of course, that's all been shipped to China.
And they LOVE their GUNS!!!
