Will there be RNC booths for DailyPaul, RPF,

TomWoods' Liberty Classroom and such? Nightly RON Paul Meetup *during* the convention would be nice, too. We need some RonPaulian projects for that entire week to keep ourselves useful, happy & busy for the liberty cause :-)

sold out

Muppet puppet.

Sununu looks more like a muppet.

Ron Paul has often said that if one speaks at conventions, it is only to parrot GOP talking points...GOP gives the points and critters parrot!
Then he said, "if all we are going to talk about are BAD ideas, whats the point?"

so simple, yet so far away..

I wonder if Rand will be chirping GOP establishment talking points.

"OH NO! He has a SON?" Neoconservatives and Liberals EVERYWHERE!

"Words" vs TPTB

Guess that's the story here.
check this out;

It ties a lot of things together..some great links.

...Everything CHANGED !!

Why Rand and not yet Ron?

Screw these fake 'conservatives' who get caught up like little farts in a whirlwind inside GOP politics.

Wow! I'm sooo voting for Romney now.

This seems like bait to get

This seems like bait to get people to compromise. We need Ron Paul to speak there, not Rand.
If they block him from speaking(lets admit it, I dont think the guest list is set in stone) they will have a riot on their hands.

To climb the mountain, you must believe you can.

If Ron Paul is NOT allowed to speak,

and Rand Paul chooses to speak anyway. It better be to condemn the GOP for the corrupt organization they have become.

Anything short of that will be considered the final betrayal as far as I'm concerned.

The Winds of Change!

These "Winds of Change"

...already cast their vote for GJ on other threads. That's betrayal and change I cannot believe in.

Rand Paul will not speak against the GOP (r u crazy/he is a Republican Senator).

There are already 2 other

I'm glad. I'm THRILLED that Rand P is going to speak

to us AND all other R-party-firsters at the convention. Aaaah, NOW I feel perfectly justified to spend all the $$$ just to sit at the convention floor :-)

I feel the liberty-energy surging in me! The hope and the desire to remain engaged are rekindled!!

We will have a GRAND time at SunDome RonPaul Rally, and then, be politely hopeful that at least some of the liberty issues will be carried forward by Rand. I can live with that plan for Tampa. It would also help, if we can have **nightly RON PAUL meetup during the convention** to get recharged & refocused. . .

The only thing I want Rand to say is

I have taken a long hard look at Mitt Romney...... and in all conscience I cannot endorse him.

I cannot endorse the destruction of the Republican Party with a landslide defeat in November.

"In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security. They wanted a comfortable life, and they lost it all -- security, comfort, and freedom. When ... the freedom they wished for was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free."

i would take a liberty dump in my pants if that happened!

Rand would be a legend

Rand would be a legend

Yes Rand Would be A Legend

...for a short period of time in which he would be remembered for throwing away his opportunity to fight for liberty in the Senate.

I sometimes attribute the naivete here to age. I hope some of the lack of logic on the DP comes from those with very little life experience, comprehension of political history and ability to apply logic.

I didn't say he would say it

I said it was the only thing I wanted him to say.

"In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security. They wanted a comfortable life, and they lost it all -- security, comfort, and freedom. When ... the freedom they wished for was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free."

Rand Paul has already thrown

Rand Paul has already thrown away any future political career. The only thing he can do now is redeem himself for the cause of the liberty movement and tell everyone what a POS Romney is and how corrupt our government, media, and elections are. Anything less from Rand would be unAmerican and unpatriotic to say the least.
