Todd Akin: "Stage Three cancer of socialism." Wins Missouri Senate nomination

Akins wins Mo. Republican US Senate primary

1 hour ago • Associated Press

U.S. Rep. Todd Akin, who touted himself as the most conservative congressman in Missouri, won a hard-fought Republican primary Tuesday for the right to challenge Democratic U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill in a contest that could be pivotal for party control of the chamber.

...one of his first votes in office was to oppose the No Child Left Behind Act, the federal education law signed by Republican President George W. Bush. Akin has continued to call for the elimination of the federal education department. He also notes that he was firmly against the 2008 bank bailout. And Akin warns that the federal government suffers from "Stage Three cancer of socialism."

Akins a Snarky POS

Hearing Akin speak at the state convention, it was an obvious Neocon pretending to like us to get votes. It was so slimy, it was funny. The guy is a joke.

He's a communist sellout like the rest.
