and slowly revise foreign policy (but still need presence in international waters to protect our interest). 2. Reduce taxes & spending (gradually). 3. Border security.These issues what will bring most of the mainstream voters to RP. He can tackle some of the other controversial issues during his 2nd term after the American people get to know him better.

The establishment and their cfr friends might think they have control of all this but the time is soon at hand , Their is an ancient Chinese society who sees what the corporate elitist are doing to their country (1 child policy, slave labor etc). the 600 or so who voted for Mike Peroutka in the Old Line state. Following the Constitution is everything. Everything else will flow from that.
But I must admit, that this strange feeling of pride wells up in me everytime I remember the line from the one debate..."just come home, we just went in, we can just come home."
ron paul should formalize a 10, 15 or 20 point plan
and come up with the steps to achieve those goals as well as what will be the expected outcome.
for example. to bring the troops home. what will be the expected savings? what will be done with the troops? what will be done with the equipment? what benefits can the vets expect? will the military industrial complex be permitted to sell planes, tanks, etc to other nations so that they can strengthen their borders in the absence of american troops? will the troops be reassigned to improve border patrol? how this will strengthen global relationships? yada yada yada
same goes for competing currencies, immigration, reducing the size of government, etc.
on the topic of reducing the government. come up with a solution that won't sound so offensive to those that work or have loved ones who work in those departments. how these government functions will be passed to the state level will minimal or no job loss? how a job freeze will be implemented and hiring will be done from internal personnel? the time has come to provide more details.
the time has come to rejig or repackage the message. imo they'll win more people over by praising or highlighting what could be vs. criticizing at length all the faults of what is currently occurring. as well a repackaged message will invigorate the troops! this is real life and not an academic exercise so it's important to get down to the real life nuts and bolts of what the message is and how it will be attained.

Individual Civil Rights....but I also think that with RP's integrity, he will have no problem initiating a new investigation of 911. I would like to see those truly responsible, including all that have been involved in the coverup --'go down hard'. I also think that 911 is just the tip of the corruption iceberg. It may be a good thing that we have such an extensive prison system. When he gets through pardoning all of the non-violent drug users that are currently incarcerated, he just may have enough room for most of the corrupt politicians, etc.! I would guess that when RP is elected, we are going to see quite a rash of sudden resignations, with many headed for Brazil or other areas outside US jurisdiction.

Paul's media focus should be the Constitution - limited government. And the economy - Gold Standard, no more borrowing from abroad. (that would include no more foreign aid, but the American public won't go for that).
That's it. The Constitution and the Economy are the only things every single American can grasp (or at least claim to).
