Will Obama and Romney Self-Destruct?
Submitted by i_am_free on Fri, 08/10/2012 - 03:20Political campaigns have always been a rough-and-tumble sort of thing, with candidates beating each other up over pet issues. This is nothing new, but I'm starting to wonder if Obama and Romney are taking things too far for their own good. It seems like they are becoming childish in their accusations and characterizations of each other.
Obviously this is going to turn a few people off, making them disinterested or even disgusted with the race, but it could also push people to look for alternatives. Could their ridiculousness actually be working to our advantage and increase the chances of Dr. Paul becoming the nominee? We've still got a couple weeks til the RNC, and if this trend continues, it think it will. What do you all think?

And this should have been the easiest election ever, too. A bunch of puppets running for president of Isn'treal and one guy running for president of the US, and people still couldn't make the correct choice. I am ashamed of my country.
