Fox Poll: 41% Comfortable With Obama But Only 27% Comfortable With Romney

FoxNews published a presidential poll on August 9, 2012 that indicates a slipping Romney margin in a popular vote match - now 49/40. A few weeks ago, it was 45/41. Although the poll did not measure an electoral vote margin, it illustrates how Romney is losing ground with Obama.

The comfort factor is more interesting. 27% of voters are comfortable with Romney - 41% are comfortable with Obama.

UPDATE: The "Favorable" question is on page 4 of the results and the "Comfort" Question is on page 8 - questions Q7/Q8. I combined the first two columns based on intensity of feeling. You can come up with different conclusions based on how you combine the columns.

You can look at the poll results yourself to find other gems:

Turn the HEAT up on Romney.
Make it HOTTER than HELL.

"In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security. They wanted a comfortable life, and they lost it all -- security, comfort, and freedom. When ... the freedom they wished for was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free."

Romney was pushed as the nominee in order to *lose*

Republicans and the American people were manipulated into nominating Romney so that he would lose the election.

The "owners" of this country want to keep Obama. He's doing a great job for them.

Why else would there be a Republican candidate that:

- nobody believes in

- nobody has any real enthusiasm for

- nobody likes. and

- nobody trusts

People here on this forum know (in detail) how this was done.

Barring a Cinderella Paul nomination - or the inevitable collapse of the country happening before the November - its 4 more years of Obama for sure.

By design.
