Try Again, Judge Tells Ron Paul Supporters

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit accusing the Republican establishment of thwarting Ron Paul's bid for the party's presidential nomination, but left the door open for an amended complaint.
U.S. District Judge David Carter rejected allegations by delegates to the Republican National Convention and other Paul supporters that the party establishment used underhanded tactics to undermine Paul's bid to secure the nomination.
Though he found their claims vague and mostly unintelligible, he gave them a "third and final opportunity" to amend their complaint.
Paul's supporters had claimed that the Republican National Committee and state GOP operatives violated the Voting Rights Act by misusing state bylaws, threatening voters, and using election fraud to prevent voters and delegates from casting their votes for the libertarian icon.
They claimed that a gun had been used to "threaten a plaintiff to vote as ordered" and that "bones have been broken," among other allegations.

I was very hopeful about the case

However, after reading the judges approval of the motion to dismiss, I lost hope. The main reason my hope disappeared is the case is against the RNC and the RNC only. You may have an eye witness who saw someone handing out fake slates or stuffing ballot boxes but, if that person just hated Ron Paul supporters and was not a member of the RNC then you can't prove the RNC did anything wrong.

I've watched all the videos and read all the stories of the cheating and with the exception of Maine I don't see enough undeniable proof of the RNC's organized efforts to stamp them as guilty, in a court of law.

Also, several people have posted "The judge said in cryptic legal talk we can win", Having read his statement I don't see how anyone can come to this conclusion. The Judge starts out by saying that the Law Gilbert is referencing was established to protect Minorities who tried to use their right to vote to change corrupt local government and that Gilbert is taking the intent of the original law to a very extreme interpretation.

I was ready to make myself a T-Shirt saying Richard C. Gilbert saved my country but I don't think that will be happening now.

Don't mean to be a downer but, I don't want people getting their hopes up on something that now looks very unlikely before the convention and also doesn't look likely to happen ever with the current approach.

Wow.

Here I thought there was tons of video evidence throughout the elections proving all of this.

If a lawyer had been

If a lawyer had been consulted, why were the claims "vague and unintelligible"? WAS a lawyer consulted?
