From Richardson’s post:
The Governor of Maine, Paul LePage, in a conversation five minutes ago said that if they do not seat the Maine Delegation at the RNC, he will not go. These folks need to be seated.
The Governor gave me explicit permission to make this public.
This declaration ups the ante in this conflict and, if the challenge to the delegates is not resolved amicably before they arrive in Tampa, will likely make the Maine disagreement into national news."

I applaud Maine's Governor Paul LePage. He has stood up to be seen and heard. This is what we called for months ago. For politicians who are tired of the corruption to stand up and be counted.
It may not make a bit of difference, as some condemn, but it does in the minds of the voters. We need honest people in politics, we need them stand against the system for us, and on our behalf.
Let's keep calling them out. We need to know who is against corruption! It's not just Romney not getting our vote this time, it's the future of our Republic. By staying silent, politicians are saying they are "status quo".
The RNC is nervous. We still have another round in us. Let's get our man to Tampa

Standing on principle is great but if the Maine delegates aren't seated then Romulan wins by denying Paul his delegates...
Realistically, I don't believe the RNC is going to deny Ron Paul the delegates anyway, but, you never know. If this happens, then obviously the fix is in and that sets the stage for more of this until Paul has less than a five (5) state plurality...
While I applaud Lepage's heroism, you don't want to cut your nose off to spit your face..The RNC could care less if any of the several governors boycott the convention. Bush and Chaney aren't even going to attend the big event anyway.

Yes - they do care - and no they don't want this.
They honestly don't have their pulse on the nation at this point - they are old men, set in their old ways. IMO - they really think this movement is a very small vocal minority.
I put the movement at 20% of the country and growing. A move like the govenor made makes it a lot easier for those on the fence to jump.
