Ron Paul on Paul Ryan

The Republican Party has chosen another big-government fake conservative to run on the ticket in 2012. Looks like they are gearing up to have their base stay home (again) this year likely causing Obama to get reelected. Perhaps in 2016 they will learn that only a real conservative as their nominee will allow them to win the White House.

Here are the facts about Paul Ryan:

Paul Ryan's Budget:

- It led to 10 more years of deficit spending
- It added between $5-11 TRILLION dollars to the national debt
- It spent a total of $40 TRILLION over the next 10 years
- His plan REQUIRED the debt ceiling to be raised
- It was an obviously unbalanced budget (in fact it doesn't fully balance until the year 2040)
- It increased spending over the next few years (it merely slows the rate of spending, not actually cutting spending anytime soon)
- It was was bigger than what we had under Bill Clinton

WTF Matt?

This post is typical of how the Campaign was run: Half assed. Did you even bother to check any of the links?

I guess you are still on staff.

allegory - ˈalɪg(ə)ri/ - noun - 1. a story, poem, or picture which can be interpreted to reveal a hidden meaning, typically a moral or political one.

I DON'T NEED RON PAUL

to tell me Paul Ryan has been driving us into more debt and increased slavery for 14 "F"-ing years.
Paul Ryan: Another “Conservative” Hypocrite
http://www.wtffinance.com/2011/02/paul-ryan-another-%E2%80%9...

Ryan worked as a speechwriter for Kemp, the Republican vice presidential candidate in the 1996 United States presidential election, and later worked as legislative director for US Senator Sam Brownback of Kansas. In 1998, he ran for Congress.

At an Atlas Society meeting celebrating Ayn Rand's life in 2005, Ryan said that "The reason I got involved in public service, by and large, if I had to credit one thinker, one person, it would be Ayn Rand",[25] and "I grew up reading Ayn Rand and it taught me quite a bit about who I am and what my value systems are, and what my beliefs are. It’s inspired me so much that it’s required reading in my office for all my interns and my staff."[26] In response to criticism from Catholic leaders, in 2012 Ryan distanced himself from Rand's Objectivist philosophy, telling National Review, "I reject her philosophy. It's an atheist philosophy. It reduces human interactions down to mere contracts and it is antithetical to my worldview", and noting that his views were more aligned with those of the Roman Catholic philosopher and saint, Thomas Aquinas, than Ayn Rand. “Don’t give me Ayn Rand,” he said in 2012.[27]

Good portion of links not working!

What the?

Matt are you still working for the Campaign?

Did they send you out to post this? Is this their "official" response? A post on the Daily Paul with some links?

How does Rand feel about the pick?

allegory - ˈalɪg(ə)ri/ - noun - 1. a story, poem, or picture which can be interpreted to reveal a hidden meaning, typically a moral or political one.

Focus

Doesn't matter how Rand feels. We need to ake the intiative and shape public opinion. Get on the net with these links and sell the idea that Romney is a loser and we need a new guy. Hammer Away NOW! ATTACK! Whoot!

Did anyone notice the connection?

Paul Ryan...Ron Paul. The names Ryan and Ron are closely connected in meaning so we are looking at an effort by the rulers of this present darkness to tap into the energy of the Ron Paul Revolution through the naming of the VP. Romney did not misspeak when he announced Paul Ryan as the next President of the United States, he prophesied, albeit unknowingly.

You may find this odd but they really do think this way. This is a counterfeit of the real in much the same way as is meant by the antichrist. Anti in Greek can mean either against or in place of. So Paul Ryan is an anti-Ron Paul. Even the reversal of names indicates such.

To say this means that they are aware that Ron Paul has been chosen to be the next President and they are trying to prevent this in any way they can. They will fail but they do not as yet know this since they have succeeded so often in the past. This success has blinded them to what is now overtaking them.

"Jesus answered them: 'Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.'" (John 8:34-36)

Connection in names

I totally saw the connection between Paul Ryan and Ron Pauls name. lol.. I saw that before I just read your comment! That is just too weird! lol..

The campaign had better start getting their a**es in gear

and stop sucking up to Romney like Benton.

We can STILL win this.
Every step of the way Romney is HELPING us.
At every turn he sinks lower in the polls.
Questions are starting to be asked in the GOP camp about Romney's electability.
Romney CANNOT beat Obama.
Ron Paul WILL beat Obama IF we can get him nominated.
We don't have much time.

"In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security. They wanted a comfortable life, and they lost it all -- security, comfort, and freedom. When ... the freedom they wished for was freedom from responsibility, then Athens ceased to be free."

Winning

Yes. Take these links and hit the conservative blogs, article comment sections, facebooks (Hannity etc.) and sell the idea that Romney is a loser, his pick is horrible, and if we do not come up with a new candidate in Tampa we are doomed and Obama will win. Hammer Down Patriots! Whoot!

The American Con link does not work

Can you fix it?

You are quite bold for one in the campaign Matt Collins

We got this already.

If anyone wants to know why I'm swatting this fly it's because Matt gave us nothing but grief here and elsewhere on the internet when we followed Ron Pauls own words to watchthevote2012

Here was Matt Collins response to it.

If we hadn't disregarded your postings and just given up we would not have the untold reams of evidence we have. Who are you not to fight at every level to insure a fair contest and tell us to stand down because "you have it covered"? You screwed up Matt plain and simple. We the grassroots exposed the fraud in State after State while people like you in the upper levels of the campaign sat with your thumbs up your asses instead of working on a plan with us.If you would have done that we could have stopped all of the fraud cold in Iowa and Paul would be the "presumptive nominee" now.

This isn't over yet Matt and if you or anyone else in the official campaign think our voices will be silenced on that convention floor in Tampa you are mistaken. We haven't worked for the last 5 years for some plank points that are going to be disregarded by the GOP after the nomination. No we are going to nominate Ron Paul. Get with the program or get out of the way.

November 6th 2012 I voted for Dr.Ron Paul
"We must remember, elections are short-term efforts. Revolutions are long-term projects." ~ Ron Paul

Om my gosh

I was about to say the same thing. That;s a first on the daily Paul for me. Props you out it well, I think. Im responding after barely skimming, I was so excited someone grew some balls... Great It ain't ever over. We have plan A-T and haven't even fallen to B yet. We got this.

“Wherever the standard of freedom and independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will her heart, her benedictions and her prayers be. But she goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy...." Adams. http://ronpaulgirl.com http://blogtalkradio.c

Conservative My Ass

He will fool many, but not us. Big spender like his idol Ronald Reagan.

Where Is It Where Ron Paul Slams Paul Ryan?

I hope you are not putting words in Ron Paul's mouth that he has not said. This has just been announced and I want to hear Ron Paul speak on Paul Ryan.

TheKingIsComing

it's the huffpo link

Don't you remember when that happened?
FTA:
WASHINGTON -- Potential 2012 GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul (Texas) on Monday panned Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-Wis.) budget proposal, telling a crowd in Iowa that the Ryan plan will not end big government, which he said is becoming like a monarchy.

Speaking at a forum organized by the Family Leader, a local Christian and socially conservative group, the Texas congressman referred to a passage in the Old Testament where the Israelite people asked the prophet Samuel for a king to rule over them. He used the story a parable to illustrate where he believes the once self-reliant American culture is headed.

“We don’t have a king today but unfortunately I think we’re drifting to a point that our big government is king, and the government tells us what we can do and be responsible for us,” Paul said. “And if we don’t have a house, they’ll give us a house. If we don’t have education, they’ll give us free education. If we’re hungry, we get food stamps. And deficits don’t matter. And if you need money, you print the money. And we have this moral obligation to police the world."

"It goes on and on," the congressman said. "The king will take care of us.”

“We are dealing with a problem in Washington as a budgetary accounting problem and that’s not it. It’s a philosophy problem." Paul said. "What is the philosophy of government? What should the role of government be?"

This is one of my favorite Ron Paul articles. Ron Paul at his best.

If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.

Dr. Paul will tell us the truth about Paul Ryan

I will wait to see Dr. Paul speak.
