Federal Appeals Court Rules Brokerages Can Use Segregated Client Funds to Pay Creditors

(Scottrade, E-trade, Amera-trade,ect) A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that brokerages can use segregated client funds to pay off creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Once you disengage from a corporation like Verizon you would be surprised at how much easier it becomes to disengage from the rest.

They are all part of the Federal Reserve, and the only way courts as well as other things are forced your direction is to take your money right out.
