Juan Williams: We Live in the Age of Ron Paul!

By Juan William [The Hill]- 08/13/12

Summation:" We will be living in the age of Ron Paul for many years to come. "

Last year in this column I wrote: “If you have not been paying attention, it is time to look around and realize that we are living in the political age of Rep. Ron Paul.”

The first section of the Wikipedia page entry for the Tea Party Movement even quotes a sentence from that column, where I argued the Tea Party dynamic that won the House majority for the GOP in 2010 “grew largely out of the ashes of (Paul’s) 2008 presidential campaign” by emphasizing “limited government and a return to constitutional principles.”

Now, the 76-year-old Texan is retiring at the end of this Congress after 12 terms in the House of Representatives.

During his latest run for the Republican presidential nomination, Paul tangled with Mitt Romney, particularly over civil liberties.

I like Juan Williams, but...

Ron Paul has had more than online supporters. Where has the media been, including Juan's beloved Fox? http://i.imgur.com/UvJTT.jpg

Also, it's hardly as if Ron Paul does not have a plurality of votes in five states such that make him eligible for nomination. Ron Paul's effort did not fail. The GOP's dishonest tactics are simply preventing it from being acknowledged - though it's not over yet!

When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the Universe.

What would have otherwise been a fair piece . At the end Juan couldn't help himself and showed his real strips. People, he referred to DR Paul as cranky.
Go look up the definitions of that word.
-Dr Paul is not peevish and doesn't have a bad dispostion.
-I for one don't think he's odd
-sure as hell not erratic, and working unpredictably
No he's the opposite of the way Juan described him
Sorry people. thumbs down

bump for all Ron Paul supporters. . .

with gratitude to Juan W for demonstrating such courage to write this, while working in the midst of Fox News miasma.

Yes, it is a good article you wrote...

Even so, there is something that must be brought out that has made America look like some crazy uncle. What is it? It has to do with cheating, stealing, lying, using funds to harm supporters of President Paul.

Let us cite the opening elections in Iowa where the RNC and of course the GOP actually screwed America by the crazy uncle operations such as not counting votes and/or giving votes to someone else that was intended for Dr. Paul.

Now the real crazy uncle operations must have had their headquarters in MAINE, USA. What I am suggesting here is that the election process in a politically corrupt country, such as the USA, has actually had some good to come out of it...and my deed is to LOOK for ONLY the Good for Good is LIGHT and the RNC/GOP hails from the dark side where lying, cheating, stealing, robbing, and even killing seems to be the rule of the day.

I am speaking from experience with the Maine RNC/GOP. It seems like Maine RNC has emerged as the leaders in how to cheat, steal, rob, lie and bear false witness. This is the kind of governemnt in place throughout America today.

President Paul or no one at all is the song I am singing. When it comes time to vote in Novermber....you can rest assured that my wife and I shall write in the name RON PAUL for our President.

My message to rhe RNC/GOP is this: Your darkness will consume you and your rules and regulations which you have not followed.

And to think, we are Registered Republicans, but not for long.

Very nice tribute to Ron's legacy:

"We will be living in the age of Ron Paul for many years to come. "

He said FOR MANY YEARS to come :-)
And THAT will be accomplished by us, the RonPaul r3VOLutionaries. . . from those in the front lines to the cloistered hermits who toil & PRAY.
