Great video showing Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street working together.
William A Johnson mentions Daily Paul at 6 minute mark.

It's about time!

I've been saying this for weeks, if the Liberty Movement were to join with the Occupy Movement, we could increase our forces 2 fold! The Occupy movement has what we need, and the Liberty movement has what they need.

- The Liberty Movement needs the strength of the numbers that the Occupy Movement can muster.

- The Occupy Movement needs the precise focus and understanding of the enemy that the Liberty movement has gained through Ron Paul.

Now what happens when the massive amount of Occupy activists begin to learn more about the message of Liberty and obtain a greater understanding of the constitution? The Occupy movement will then be capable of pinpointing the enemy and put their great numbers to target the Fed, and both political parties. Not just Wallstreet.

As their well-received allies, the Liberty movement will be able to have their support in voting for Liberty individuals running for either Dem or Repub office - therefore helping us clean out the House & Senate.

we are change are the only

we are change are the only people that gets off their ass, that goes and does real reporting, unlike these so called Alternative New people that sit in from a computer and read off MSM websites and spin it into their news and that goes for you lazy ass bloggers to.............keep up the good work and the in your face reporting WE ARE CHANGE

Bringing together

The best of both worlds!

I believe in the freedom to be what we choose to be.

This is what it is all about!!!

This gives new meaning to the phrase "the enemy of my enemy is my friend".

Here's the thread he was discussing

about Red Light Cameras.

I may resurrect it or possibly use it for the good of my community. When it comes to red light cameras of course everyone will agree that they are horrible. Doesn't matter with whom you align. One of several reasons I don't drive other than for work is because of those cameras. They are placed strategically.

There are over 300 million of us who are divided on issues but share similar viewpoints on other things and I think we should unite, have polite and respectful discourse; but work together to enforce our rights. I realize it's a theoretical concept, but it's possible.

This is how you take the machine down

united we stand, I commend this patriot!!!!!

I am good friends with our local occupy leadership. I also camped out during the first nights of our local occupy. Good times.

WilliamJohnson seems a really good thinker and

communicator. I liked his slight renaming of NAP to NonAggression Truth. And of course his ability to see fundamental truth transcending "party" lines. His book sounds very interesting.

Thank you.

Someday soon we will move into the solution phase of this revolution and I anxiously await meeting many of you then. Until then thank you for the kind words and interest in liberty. If you have questions about the content of my first book feel free to message me.

How could groups with mutually exclusive core beliefs merge?

Majority of one group believes in limited government. Majority of the other group believes in government strong enough to be able to redistribute wealth.

Weird move, to say the least... Or the common enemy is so big that the core beliefs matter no more. Either way, this post is logically oxymoron.

The vast majority of OWeS

The vast majority of OWeS participants are not learned of Alinsky. They go because of their union or ACORN connections, or because it's cool to be radical--Not because they have studied political or economic theories. The radical socialist organizers hide themselves from other participants, as does the Billary/Soros/Obama machine.

MOST people have the same concerns, and can reason to agreeable solutions with others, when the media and parties don't have them too POd at "the other side".

Paulians Understand that the Constitution works.
Tea Party-ers want More Constitution.
Everyone wants the Fruits of the Constitution.
Nobody wants to denounce the Constitution.
-So, we are really in the best position to get thing headed our way. This guy is right on in his analysis of compromise v. cooperation.

Sorry. I guess I could have

Sorry. I guess I could have been more exact in what the video is about. I suppose 'Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street join forces on issues they agree' on would have been more accurate. They aren't actually merging. Their interests merged is perhaps more accurate.

But I thought the title was a nice and short AND I would thought the video explained better than I could.

Two shorten the road.

The people are starting to figure it out.....When we fight each other we lose, When we work together we win! This is what the government fears the very most of all things, This is the very reason conflict is created constantly in our daily lives is to make us weak, This is great! people working together gets things done.

Each of us

Each of us may have different paths but Each of us Share the same goal.

OWS+Tea Party+Blue Republicans = "Phase Change"?

The remaking of the political map is discussed at length here...

Your article on OWS/Tea Party sums things up nicely

I'm forwarding it to my tea party friends.

Good article, and it's good to see you continuing

to post here.

I didn't pay attention to where the link was going and I clicked on it...I have been off that crappy huffington site for along time....not your fault and it was a good article just a crappy website :)

This makes no sense

Soros' Occupy Movement now puts the final death knoll on the Tea Party. Soros wins again. Tea Party was his one and only big fear.
Now TPers are castrated. Just great. Some one take me out of this freakin stinkin country please. Excuse me while I go throw up

Keepin' it real.

Yep, the political poles are

Yep, the political poles are changing. Left vs right is being replaced by populist vs elite. The wall street bailout was the inflection point. Thus the popularity of the populist libertarian, Ron Paul, among both the tea party and occupy crowds.

Occupy Wall St. & Tea Party

I remember years ago reading the book Culture Jam - re the power of corporations and how society is influenced - and the author (author of Adbusters Magazine as well), Kalle Lasn, saying something to the effect, "Just so you know, we're not a bunch of lefties." It was Lasn who coined the term "Occupy Wall St" and set the first date. I was with those people in spirit, and I did bring it up to friends in the local tea party. It was clear to ME there was common ground; I felt that it was appropriate for the tea party to be present. In my opinion, Occupy got co-opted. In any event, the visible presence of the Socialist Party (if not also communists), as well as the globalist/socialist unions, made a big impression. What a shame. It seemed to me there wasn't a chance in hell the tea party would ever want to be aligned. This was a good interview, showing that the groups CAN be united - at the very least over specific issues; and that when we do, it's a formidable presence. The ptb can't write it off as the crazies on the "other side." It's both sides.
