Hank's a little vague on his platform but he does appear to be pushing personal responsibility which puts him light years beyond either Allen or Kaine, so as of now Hank has my vote.

I'd like to know more about how he plans to run the rats out of congress, and whether he's overly influenced by those who feed him or scratch his back.
