Newt releases his delegates; he's trying to help Romney but it could be an opportunity for us, too

Let's try and reach out to all the Newt delegates pronto! He won SC and GA, and also won a good number of delegates in states like Alaska. Newt says he wants his delegates to vote for Romney (presumably because he's afraid of Ron Paul winning), however, this move could easily backfire on the two of them if we play our cards right and woo the majority of the Gingrich delegates to our side. This could provide us with delegate pluralities in several more states, including Alaska (Paul delegates + Newt delegates should be enough to give us a plurality), and of course Georgia and South Carolina.

The typical Gingrich Voter is ABO minded.

Their pipedream was that Gingrich WASN'T Romney, and they SO wanted to see Gingrich verbally slap Obama around in a debate.

Hit those delegates HARD and repeatedly with the Romney v Obama poll results and then the Paul v Obama landslide tsunami and ask them: "Do you want to suffer a close race and possibly lose again like McCain, have Four More Years of Obama or would you rather play it safe with Ron Paul's large point spread over Obama> You can bite your nails for the next 4.5 years, or relax and enjoy the Fall, vote for a True conservative, who is a veteran, and can be trusted to honor his word and the Constitution?

That will clinch it.

Galatians 5:1
It is for FREEDOM that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

the only sticking point

with a newt delegate is foreign policy. other than that, they would be 100% pro-paul. i hope the delegates can correctly work the angle...

I wouldn't be surprised if

I wouldn't be surprised if Romney offered a financial hand to Newt Gingrich in exchange for delegate votes that he desperately needs. The fiscally conservative man who runs his campaign into $5 million in debt?

I mean he's "not scared" but his campaign along with state parties are trying to strike down duly-elected Ron Paul delegates.

Supposedly RomneyPuppet has it locked up. So either the establishment is so confident that it doesn't matter if Newt's delegates are released OR RomneyPuppet is in trouble and needs some additional help and they are willing to risk losing some delegates to Ron Paul.

that has implications in Alaska

because that could swing that state to Paul if those votes back Paul.
