Does anyone know the status of the injuction request

filed by the Maine delegates? Or is the RNC trying to make a deal in order to drop the request?

And the delegates

are NOT backing down.

They are doing NO deals which is beyond admirable.

God Bless them for standing TALL!

I just answered that about an hour ago

in another thread and it was to you.

"The temporary injunction was filed in Belfast (District Court), where I live, so I could go to the courthouse and get the latest info.

It was filed on August 17th and denied by the judge the same day. It was appealed in the Belfast Superior court. I went down there and spoke with the clerk who told me it was headed for the State court in Augusta. She was getting it out that day - Monday the 20th.

As far as she knew either the judge would rule on the brief OR schedule a hearing. I am waiting on info from the attorney who filed the brief. He was a RP delegate at our State convention (although he was unable to attend.)"

The documents went out USPS on Monday and probably arrived today in Augusta. I know it's nerve wracking given the time frame.
