Who Does The Government Intend To Shoot?

I will not get all conspiracy theorist minded about what the Feds are planning to do with all the ammo they've ordered, but I just want to say I agree with the last sentence in the article this General wrote here:

"If the Congress isn’t going to do its duty and investigate this matter fully, the military will have to protect the Constitution, the nation, and our citizens."

Its a cause and effect situation

when you know 300 million angry Americans/Soldiers may very well wake up and realize that they have every right to put justice into their own hands, its wise to arm yourself, even when you know deep down your already sealed your fate
