RT: With the world watching the case of Wikileaks Julian Assange, Russia Today sat down with American author Naomi Wolf to discuss why journalists are finding it increasingly difficult to publish information the US government doesn’t want them to. Indeed, the Pentagon has been ordered to begin monitoring major news stations in the US to see if any media outlets are disclosing classified information. With the entire government now over-classifying everything, it's a heavy-handed attempt to silence truth tellers and whistleblowers with threats of imprisonment, or worse. Wolf's reaction is: "My immediate take is a profound feeling of nausea and a sense that somehow, the United States has collapsed into the Soviet Union circa the mid-1930s. This was horribly foreseeable, but I can’t believe it’s come to this." (24:59)

Bias, by Bernard Goldberg. But the selective hearing applies to both the left and right. And even when people aren't "in denial" about what is going on (whether journalists or otherwise), Democrats defend Obama's abuse of power, just like Republicans defended Bush's. That's what is great about the liberty movement: it's a non-partisan attempt to discern the truth.

Reading 'The End of America' should be required for all.......

........Americans. Yes, this goes against our general belief of not forcing anyone to do anything but this book, also by Naomi Wolf, shows the descent all countries take from a free society into a fascist state. We are so very close to becoming a total fascist state that it seems the only thing preventing it is this next election. After this choice between a Democratic socialist with fascist tendencies and a Republican socialist with fascist tendencies the endgame will accelerate quickly.

If only the people at the Republican convention decide in favor of the rule of law and freedom and nominate Dr. Paul. Things are going to deteriorate quickly if we don't.

...she seems stuck in a leftist mindset and I think it's a shame she's not more of the Ron Paul brand of liberty so that more folks would/could hear her.

I've told several people about her speech anyway, "The End of America." She's very pretty and well spoken. Is she for Ron Paul?

She would never be for Ron Paul.. she's supporting the Soros/OTPOR astroturf group that broke every law in the book and did millions of dollars in damage to their 'fellow 99%ers"

...let's remember RT's "agenda"...

All their "truth" we "eat it up" - but - didn't we supposedly "bankrupt" their country through "outspending" them in the cold war?

Adam Kokesh's show is on their "network", they've been "inquisitive" about Ron Paul more than our MSM - but - I would think they would WANT us to collapse financially, and NOT be "rescued" by Ron Paul ...

Their "anti-government" reporting to the American people is SUSPECT - and not going unnoticed by the PTB.

Add it all up - we're being PLAYED to start a violent revolution from MANY media "sources" ... the fact of the matter is, our founders PETITIONED the parent government ad nauseum, and only repelled force when force was used against them!!!

Our positions are reasonable, and consistent with COMMON SENSE and simple principles of checkbook balancing ... honestly, will SOMEBODY going to the convention ask the GOP establishment why the hell we are SPENDING MONEY exploring the planet Mars at a time when the CBO has been warning Congress for over a decade to STOP SPENDING MONEY???(or, prioritize!)

Don't be ignorant, don't be emotional, DO NOT "lose your cool" - reports of "waste, fraud, and abuse" by government have been reported by the MSM for 3 decades and NOBODY has done a thing about it, now, reports of "crackdowns" on dissent and spying on our thoughts, and TSA privacy violations physically and all sorts of "police state" stuff is just their way to PROVOKE us to ANGER ... we're being played ... DO NOT react ...

Let them bankrupt the whole damn thing, because they will go down with the ship too!!! We cannot stop them; we've made our case that we want CHARACTER and INTEGRITY in our government, and crooks and liars bounced and prosecuted - they're not going to do that - but we KNOW what their media darlings REFUSE to admit; their paper palace is going to fall, and GREAT will be the fall of it.

Their OWN wicked devices will take them down; in the meantime, just keep warning people - if they don't want Ron Paul, move onto the next one ... they'll get it when this collapse lands on their doorstep ... and the WISE and humble will be in a position to "takeover" ... not the violent, not the Alex Jones', not the Adam Kokesh's and loud and wild - our founders would have NEVER got all riled up via media theater; they weren't SHEEP - they would turn off the television and STUDY TO KNOW themselves, like each on of us do on our own...

Compare Ben Swann's reports to their's ... no "sensationalism" or video persuasion ...

I'm in agreement and have been noticing that the sensationalising, polarizing, infotainment luminaries who are most visible at rallying Liberty minded Americans often intersect at the state funded and operated RT, and frequently appear on each other's shows. This is not to necessarily say that they are products of RT, but potentially pulled into RT's sphere of influence when jockeying for exposure to a larger audience. Ex KGB agent, Yuri Besminov's lecture about Soviet subversion techniques of western society comes to mind. Check it out on You Tube to see what I mean.

I'm not going to name names but I've seen a couple of those prominent "patriots" pull the rug out from under political actions--of which they led the charge--just as those actions were about to succeed.

What if all the leaders on the left, like Naomi Wolf, who claims to be concerned about the rising totalitarianism in America, didn't support BO in 2008 but supported Ron Paul instead?

Thus, you see the reason the elites on both sides partnered on the Tea Party and the PR angle in the various media/propaganda outlets. Also why Ron Paul was called the "grandfather" of the Tea Party by people in the media. It was all a ruse.
